At the time of placing the order, they ask whether the address is an office or home. If you select office, the delivery team still attempts delivery late in the evening—after office hours. Without even trying to call, they mark the order as “customer refused delivery.” When you try calling the delivery agent, they simply don’t answer.
The next day, when you contact Neeman’s customer support, they assure you that they’ve asked their team to place a new order and that it will be done within 24 hours. However, instead of re‑delivering, they wait to receive the returned product and then ship a completely new order, which takes another 4–5 business days.
This process is extremely inefficient and a complete waste of time. They could easily re‑deliver the original order but choose not to.
