My father ordered a $700 kurta. It is absolutely garbage. Fabric color does not match at all. It is cheaply made and I can’t believe this. Looks like it was put together in 3 days. Item is not as described or worth the price. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! They have taken our money and we can’t do anything about it.

This company is a fraud please do not order anything from these guys especially if your from the Uk. I liked a few outfits so I emailed them with my details they replied to me on whatsapp. I asked them how to I order etc they have no outlet at all and fail to provide any address. At 1st they said they have office in Liverpool then they said we are from Pakistan. Once I searched them up I quickly found out they were misleading customers. When I mentioned to report them they threatened me on my whats app. This company is a shamble all the reviews are made up. I also messaged one customer who did order from them and unfortunately nothing ever arrived.

My best friend is from Pakistan and it was her wedding last month. She mentioned Needlehole as she and her family had been dealing with them for years. All of the 3 bridesmaids and my friend, the bride, got our wedding outfits from them. They were fabulous. Excellent fabrics, all embroidery and embellishments were done by hand, and we received an excellent customer service. Everything was delivered on time.

I will highly recommend them as we had no issues whatsoever.

If they had an outlet I am sure they will have a lot more business but when I asked them they told me that not having an outlet reduces a lot of overheads and hence allowing them to keep prices lower.

BEWARE!! Needlehole raises a lot of red flags.. I wanted to make a bridal dress.. asked to pay cash.. they don't accept cash payment and do not want to meet in person.. they also do not have a showroom or even an office and are unwilling to give their postal address.. make sure you know what you are doing before making business with them...

My dress finally arrived today, I am very delighted to see my wedding dress! It's amazing. I have referred your website to my friend she has contacted you for her dresses.
