The three color inks worked ok
The three color inks worked ok. But the black ink cartridge was a mess and did not work at all. Not happy as I had to place an urgent order with HP. Didn’t want to get another black cartridge that was useless

Color cartridge is defective
Color cartridge is defective. It is not printing the colors that we see. Each time we print the same thing, it is a different color. I will be asking for a refund of this cartridge. I have another color cartridge which I will try soon. The cartridge for black ink seems fine.

Since you do not pay for return shipping, I have to now send back all four of these toner cartridges at my expense, approximately $25-30, because you sent the wrong cartridges. One says Canon and I don't have a Canon printer.
