Quick delivery, fair sale prices, quality toner

Even lowered my bill, l am very happy.

The girl I spoke with was very helpful. However, this is the 2nd time that I have had a cartridge "Leak" and put way too much colored powder on my pages. About a year or so ago, I had every printed page with a big Blue hue on everything. This time it is Red. I hope this doesn't cause damage to my printer. Thanks, Norm Burke

Good product, quick shipping and costs a lot less than Brother's "official" toner.

I tried several times to get the correct cartridges for my printer only to receive the same one over and over that did not work. I returned two orders and was reimbursed. I ended up having to go to Stapes to get the correct ones. I have no plans to order again from Needink.com.

I was not issued credit for a double bill like I was told I would be. I had to call a second time for the credit.

Ink works well and competitively priced. Only problem was the blue ink cartridge that was purchased with the other cartridges leaked blue on my white walking shorts when I had taken it from the plastic sleeve. While the ink stain was no larger than a dime, the blue color would not come out and thus I need to buy another pair of walking shorts.

All inks were just as advertised. Arrived in a timely manor. no problems,

Received my first order 934XL for a HP 6835 Ink Jet printer. Package was damaged and the ink had leaked inside the package and was all over. Ordered a replacement after I received it, sent the original back for credit in the return envelope. Just opened the replacement, removed the orange cover and ink ran all over. Need Ink is sending another replacement at no charge.

Other than having to call Needink to confirm a PayPal paid order which is already a confirmed shipping and billing address I am still happy

your product works good, this is the first refillable that really works.

My brand new HP 8710 cartridges saved money, but so far, the magenta and black cartridges are duds--all I get for a poster that need all four colors are yellow and green. Very poor quality control. I want new cartridges or my money back.

And NEITHER Terms and Conditions nor Privacy Policy would open--though that may not be NeedInk's fault. But the worthless cartridges certainly are.

My main concern with ordering toner though "Needink" was that the toner was NOT a re manufactured cartridge. They say it was not. I took them at their work. The order was delivered in a times manner.

Wrong cartridge sent for my printer and rep that I talked with at Needink wasn't very cooperative.

the wrong ink was ordered. I had to pay $15 to return it and I wasnt credited for the cartridge that got opened to find it didnt fit. I would have been cheaper and easier to have gone to staples
