I had ordered 12 shirts for my first time with Needen and wasn't sure what to expect and felt apprehensive ordering from a Company I was unfamiliar with. There was a slight issue with my order but after a quick call Adriel took care of it right away. He sent a follow up email go notify me of the status and I received my order within 48 hours!!! Thank you Adriel for your prompt service! I will be a returning customer!

I realized after I had placed the order that UPS could not deliver where we are. So it was unfortunately sent back. I emailed and explained what happened, within 2 days after I sent it Ross emailed me back giving me a credit equal to my order! Great customer service, will definitely be ordering again in the future

One thing I can always count on with Wordans is great customer service. My most recent order I was sent one incorrect item, and within the day they had already shipped out the correct item to me. I placed an order for tshirts and tank tops, was shipped and delivered faster than expected (no COVID delays). One shirt was missing and Mig helped to resolve it very quickly and sent out a replacement immediately. Offered me a small discount code as compensation, which was appreciated. Excellent customer service. The shirts are good quality, I was happy and placed another order almost immediately.

I order from wordans at least weekly. Their customer service is top notch! I've had nothing but great experiences. If I ever have any issue they are quick to resolve them. today I spoke with a young man name Adiel and he was so polite and very thorough when it came to a quality issue with one of the shirts I received. He talked me through the process of getting a replacement was very polite and courtieous and there is already a replacement on its way to me. It's customer service like that which will keep me as a customer. Keep it up!!!!!
