Beware of Chinese Websites

Can't rate any lower. Fake website run by Chinese. They sell a product and when you complain they offer you 50% refund and allow you to keep their worthless product.
Beware of Chinese websites.Google should weed out these websites which prey upon innocent customers.

Just like Harold Taylor said!

Just like Harold Taylor said!! I got an item from timberplatessvip and the same situation occurred. I DIDN'T get my package and doing battle with them for over a month I gave up!! I got a lot of emails saying that I wasn't getting my package! And then another saying that I had to pay the postage! And another saying that the order number was correct!! I didn't know what to do because I was getting sooooo many emails. Initially....I was getting Chinese names...and then I got American names. As Harold said.... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! OR ANY SIMILAR WEBSITES. Check to see if their Chinese.

Not what I paid for. Total scam.

What I ordered and paid for was a 5d globe that looks like real dinosaurs walking through the room. What I got was a teeny night light that projects circles and spots on the ceiling and walls. It makes my grandson nauseous. There is no customer service. I have sent multiple emails that got no response. Now I'm getting all kinds of mail from them saying that I haven't paid for my product! I'm so glad I paid with PayPal. At least I can dispute it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam.

Be warned

Be warned, items are exaggerated in their ads and the reviews are false. It took a long time to receive my item and when I got it, it was damaged and cheap. When I reached out to customer service, they advised all they could do is compensate me 30% or I can return the item at my expense before they give me a refund. The item had to be returned back to China, which means shipping would be more than the cost of the item. Do not go by the reviews on their website and be careful of what you buy from them.
