The Nectar Platinum herb vaporizer is an excellent choice, really. I've been using it lately and I'm impressed with how easy it is to get the most out of it. The size is perfect, it's not bulky at all and it has a super elegant design, so I can take it everywhere without attracting much attention.
The best thing about it is how well it vaporizes the herbs. It extracts all those flavors and effects effortlessly, and you don't even need to be an expert in the field. The controls are so simple that even my grandmother could use them without any problems. Plus, you can tell it's well built, so I know it's going to last me a long time.

I love the product
I love the item itself but when it started not working properly the assistant was very helpful and prompt with reply’s. From the first time I had to contact nectar they were very helpful with answering questions about the problem and I could show a video. They also shared a video on how to deal with the issue. With the use of WhatsApp the communication is easy. Over all the staff were friendly informative and helpful at every stage. They sent out a replacement.

Decent little item. The guarantee is worth registering as I have had an issue with 2 vapes. However the customer service is excellent and I’ve received a replacement on both occasions without issue. Friendly service too 🙏

Can't speak highly enough about this company and their product.
Purchased a Nectar Platinum last September.
Been working really well until two (probably) related problems:
1. struggling to get the micro-USB charging point to charge
2. on switching the product on, it would occasionally switch off
Diagnosed point 2 as a fault with the battery cover not being tight enough and so electric charge was constantly disconnecting.
Contacted the company, quoting my warranty details. Replacement brand new Platinum shipped to me without quibble once I had sent them a video of the fault.
Few bits of advice for new users:
1. make sure you register for the warranty
2. invest in a spare battery and separate charger. This avoids micro-USB connection issues being a problem with charging
3. have found that concentrates are better to use than dry herb - especially less cleaning required.
Overall a great product for newbies to vaping like me. And a company who seem keen to look after their customers.

I’ve had this product for almost a year. Cannot argue about this product, could have explained the whole airflow thing,maybe it did idk . But v good value if ur buying ur first vaporiser u should heavily consider the nectar v2. V easy to use and clean :)
