This company is a China drop shipping operation that doesn't care at all about product quality nor customer satisfaction. The product is cheap and arrives in a generic box that smells like terrible chemicals.

I ordered 2 Premium Ergonomic pillows for my wife and I with the assumption (based on their website) that if we weren't completely satisfied that we could return them for a full refund. We tried the pillows for 3-4 weeks and were unhappy with the comfort and small size. When I contacted Necknix for a return they informed me that since they're "used" they can't be returned. How are you supposed to determine if they're good or bad without using them???
Horrible customer service, uncomfortable, tiny pillows.
I would never recommend this pillow to anyone.

Ordered back and neck cushions at a cost of £131. Took 3 weeks to arrive, and looked nothing like the ones advertised. Claimed to be in Colorado USA but shipped from China. Instructions in Chinese. Thin compressible foam offered no support, and hardly any heat or vibration. Similar items available on Amazon for £25 or less. Tried to get return / refund but they refused saying the differences were “personal preference”. Scam company. Do not use.

Took over a month to receive from China…this pillow was over $67.00…absolutely DID NOT get what was advertised!!! The pillow was thin and hard…has a huge lump in the middle …literally make of a thin foam!!! Trying to find out how to get a refund!!! Good luck to me!!

I bought the Necknix contour pillow directly from their website. The website advertises a 30 day money back guarantee specifically listed under FAQ’s “what if it doesn’t work for me?” I tried the pillow for a week and had increased pain. When I contacted them to request a return or refund, the answer was that the reason for my request was “outside policy.” They don’t accept returns for “hygienic reasons” and they only issue refunds if the product is defective. Whatever that means. Absolute false advertising, definitely a scam and no option to leave a review on their website despite all the positive ones they have listed.

I ordered a therapy belt. I seen add videos about the product and if you are not satisfied you can return it . It’s bluff the product comes directly from china with no guidance how to proceed a return they said that I have to contact the suppor@nicknix. I did the return was adress doesn’t exist. So I was scammed by $189 for product doesn’t worth $5

Customer service is awful. Package says delivered. Never was. Contacted customer support they said it showed delivered so no refund. Told them I’ll dispute the charge they said they’ll provide any documentation of delivery to my bank just to prove it was delivered. But the delivery service shows “handed to individual”. Wouldn’t I remember if a package was handed to me. The fact that they’re so willing to fight this when they have NO proof of delivery other than some shipping link is ridiculous.

I bought the Necknix premium trigger point massager. They offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I tried it for my neck pain and it made things worse, as it is very stiff. They made me send in a picture of me using it and stated it was not defective so denied my refund. Don’t buy from them. They have horrible products and worse customer service.

When I first read the product description, it emphasized that the return period is 60 days if not satisfied. Evidently, not satisfied means it's damaged. This pillow was a terrible sleeping experience for me. Made my neck pain worse and woke with headaches. It's too big for a petite person. I really wanted to like this pillow and can't offer any positive things about the pillow or the slow to respond customer service.

The product delivered is significantly smaller than demonstrated in their online videos. There are no manufacturing tags/material tags to indicate the materials used in this product. Necknix website indicates a US address however this is not a US company and product shipped from asia.

Stay away from this company. Their guaratee does not cover customer dissatisfaction, you buy it you on it, I won't use the product because not knowing what it's made from is scary not to mention illegal in Canada.

They also indicate that Trust Pilot rates them as excellent. A 2.6 rating does not match an excellent rating.

DONT BUY THIS PILLOW IF YOU ARE SUPER TALL. It’s to small for tall people. They will not return it. Buyer beware!

Ordered 2 pillows and only got one. Pillow feels a lot cheaper than expected! Can’t see anywhere on website as to how to claim refund.

Absolutely disgraceful company!!! I bought a neck stretcher as I suffer with a trapped nerve in my neck. I paid £114 for it. It arrived 4 weeks later direct from China. I opened the box and was met with an intense damp and mould smell. I pulled the neck stretcher out and the pad’s stank of damp. I emailed the company right away and requested to return it. I got no response! I emailed again and asked for a refund. Again I got no response! I’m stuck with a neck stretcher that is not fit for purpose and £114 out of pocket! Scam company! Avoid at all costs.

Scam! They send a £4 pillow made in china, direct from china and charged £52!! poor quality junk that is also available on AliExpress for £4! Read their returns policy carefully, basically its not worth anything, they will never refund under any circumstances at best you. Refused a return despite unused and in original packaging (totally against UK trading standards policy). No phone numbers to call and not a UK company, no returns address, not registered with companies house. False claims of 30days return, false claims of positive reviews. As registered overseas out of UK trading standards reach.
