Worst experience I have ever had with any company. I requested a refund multiple times for a redundant product and you refused it and dragged out the process.

Ordered in April 2021. It is now April 2023 still have not got the order.

I contacted them AGAIN to cancel and they refused to refund me.
The response is "We are unable to provide a refund right now as the order is already processed. ", which is illegal under UK and EU law.

Never shipped the miner and refuse to issue a refund. Avoid these scammers! It's been 2 years and still nothing!!!

I think they are doing the best they can and working through two years of backlog and hardship caused by chip delays from Covid shutdowns. They are not the only company who had issues. We are lucky they are still in business. It just goes to show how resilient they are. Many companies similar to Nebra went belly up never to be heard from again.

Terrible - received order after 2 years - now the Nebraska miners are obsolete - what a waist

Don't read too much into the unfortunate 1 star reviews - they're purely about shipping times back when covid hit and the whole manufacturing industry was dealing with unforeseen situations.

They have provided invaluable service to smaller fleets who were dropped by their manufacturers. It's really commendable how they help the community and are always ready to answer messages.

Horrible. Waited over 2 years to receive my Nebra (indoor and outdoor) and they don’t even work… extremely disappointed.

Took almost 2 years for delivery. The unit is now antiquated. Ask for a refund after a year and was denied multiple times.

Finally received 1 of my 2 products just 2 years later…. They don’t give any refunds so don’t even try. Still have yet to receive info on my 2nd item. Terrible customer service is just the cherry on top.

I bought a helium miner from their website on 7th April 2021. At that point in time, There was multiple Chinese providers offering more competitive products but I preferred to deal with a company in the UK to ensure its authenticity. On their website that stated customers can cancel their order and get a full refund at any time which made me more confident. After waiting for 1.5 years without getting my order. I requested a refund and it was refused claiming the order is ready and about to be shipped. Till the moment, they did not send it and refuse to refund me. I will take this to the County Court and recommend all other customers to do the same.

Today April 5, 2023, it hasn't arrived yet. Support keeps saying it's in the hands of logistics, and they can't refound.
I do not advise anyone. Terrible.

I received my miner one year and a half after I ordered it. I asked a refund when it was one year. They denied this because my shipment was ready to leave. I still had to wait 6 months. This was by far the worst experience I had with any company. They took on a job they can't handle. Unprofessional, not competent, amateuristic.

I ordered a miner from 2 years ago and it has not arrived yet. I contacted them but we are leaving "we will ship your order as soon as possible". I can't cancel my order now. It's really a scam. If you have extra money and you are getting scammed then buy from their website.

Took 2 years to deliver this product.

Had I known it was going to take Nebra 2 years to deliver, I would have never purchased the item. Lost out on being a first mover as there are dozens of similar devices streaming in the neighborhood now vs the 5 when I ordered. The only good thing I can say is it arrived - hopefully it works - haven’t had time to install yet, and not expecting much given the rewards have changed drastically over that 2 year wait.

I ordered mine on Apr 12, 2021, and did not receive it until March 22, 2023. I am happy with the product but the time to get one is pretty long if this is normal.
