I ised nebanen for biz! As a small business i paid some 71.40 euro for 1 month. I instantly regretted in my first post so didnt even do 2 other posts!
Till this it was fine! But then! When i reached out customer service the same month they said they will cancel!
Little did I know they never cancelled- next month again money got cut!
When i reached out they said you are reaching out after the payment period!
But i reached out literally in some days after getting my first cycle of subscription as I was not happy about feature!
They didnt respond on time!
As a small business the fees that they are not processing refund is a lot .
I am disheartened by the servie!

For context: our add-on packages renew automatically for the originally selected term unless they are canceled within the applicable notice period. We provide this information during the booking process, in the booking confirmation email, and in our Terms of Use (section 3) so that everything is transparent from the start.
