Purchased from nebbity about three or four times now over the years, and I think the quality has improved each time. I first bought two pieces in 2020 which were more like swimwear but still really cute and I still wear them now on Holiday, although a few threads have pulled and worn, the second time in 2022 where I bought the cutest lingerie set and I could really tell the quality had improved and it is so stunning, and I just bought two new pieces in the sale the past few weeks and again was really happy with them. For the lingerie as well the seller was able to switch the bottoms from an s to an m even for the two sets in the sale, which was really helpful. I’m very happy with both the customer service and the quality of the clothes.

My order got lost in the mail (one out of a few I’ve placed) and I got sent a new one right away. I’m obsessed with Nebbity. Clothing is great quality and fits perfect. It takes some time to arrive, but it’s handmade, so that’s expected. Overall, the service is great, my questions get a response promptly. Would definitely shop here again!!!!

I've ordered from here multiple times and never had any issues. The quality is amazing and they always fit perfectly (they also cater to so many different sizes and make size adjustments for me when I ask!!), constantly coming out with new cute designs and the prices are great for such good quality handmade items ! Customer service is great and they are so sweet and helpful when I ask questions <33 so excited to continue purchasing and supporting in the future!!

Nebbity is amazing. The designs are to die for. They’re always a pleasure to do business with. They accommodate for a large variety of bodies. I’ve even asked to have my dresses a little longer and it’s never a problem. They love to make sure the product will be perfect for each body. I really appreciate this considering I have a larger butt. I love my Nebbity dresses more than any other my clothing tbh. I feel 100% like a cute fairy. Always worth the money. 🥰

I’ve ordered from Nebbity 4 times in about a year, and have been happy about my order each time! The seller is super sweet and great at communicating. Yes, shipping takes awhile, but each piece is hand-made and I’m in the states so that makes total sense. I always get compliments on my clothes from this shop (the stitching is great!) and I recommend to anyone !!

Nebbity is my favorite handmade shop. The fact that it is ran by one person amazes me because she always goes above and beyond to give great customer service. I love everything that I’ve bought from this shop. Whenever an issue occurs, she goes above and beyond to get the issue resolved. She has all original designs and fabrics, size inclusive, and sustainable. I don’t think I’ll ever stop buying her clothes because they’re literally my favorite ever!! <33

I didn't receive one of my orders but it was sorted out so quick and was offered a refund and a discount code even though it was royalmails fault! Cant wait to buy again <3

Their designs are sooo cute, however i would never buy from them again... I bought stuff from them 3 times to see if it would ever get better but the quality is always sooo bad...i wouldn’t pay more than $15 for anything from that store. Their sizing is also really big compared to what they have on their instagram. I had to get my clothes tailored each time because their XS fits me like a medium. Overall their quality and sizing sucks and it’s way too overpriced. It makes me so upset because i would buy from them all the time cause their stuff is so cute, but i’m not wasting my money here again

So I ordered a valentines inspired outfit from them, the fabric was even prettier in person than it was pictured I really loved the fit and customer service was happily ready to help when I asked them for information on my package since it did take a little bit longer which is understandable during the pandemic - they were very very sweet! Only downside is that they did a little mistake on the side slit of the stitching but I think I‘ll be able to fix it and its nothing all too bad! :)

I never received my order. Nor a refund.
Its been a year and a half since I ordered. I’ve been contacting them a hundred times. First e-mails they didn’t answer, then suddenly I received an email, telling me there’s been some troubles with my address. I checked the address, all information was correct, they promised me to send me a new parcel, and I even gave them a new address so same problem wouldn’t happen again. Waited 5 months .. never seen the parcel and no answer on e-mail. After my third e-mail they wrote me back, promised me full refund for my order, and that never happen too. Now it’s been 7 months since I was promised the full refund and today their e-mail doesn’t exist anymore, so it’s not possible to contact them again. Worst customer care ever.

(i've since updated my review hence the 5 stars but just bear with me and read to the end, i left my original review up so as not to hide my first impressions but it all ends well i promise!)
I have not received my order yet so i cannot speak on the quality/size ect of the clothes itself but I wanted to leave a review already as their customer service has been confusing, contradictory and frustrating.
i understand that they are a small, handmade ethical business run by girls and i LOVE THAT but when you run a business theres still a level of professionalism i would expect and if your orders/enquiries ect are becoming too much to handle you need to either set an order cap per month or hire more people.
i knew when ordering it was going to take a while to be made and ship out. they say 4-6 weeks before its shipped out. 6 weeks came and went and I never received an email to say it had been shipped. I emailed them and they said ‘sorry we found your order and it will be shipped out on the next shipping day!’ which was vague and concerning and means it was going to be shipped at least a week later than it was supposed to be. This was on the 27th of september (i made the order on the 12th of august) they also reassured me it would DEFINITELY arrive well before the 15th of october, which it is now the 13th of october and still nothing. (2 months after making the order by the way!) I emailed them last night and they said it had been shipped on the 23rd of september, several days before the email they sent me on the 27th when they said it hadnt been shipped yet. very contradicting and confusing! they offer no tracking for shipments to new zealand so I have no idea when it was shipped out or when it will arrive although im almost certain now it will not arrive before the 15th as promised :/ I have seen that newer sets that have been dropped since i made my order have already been made and shipped out and received by other customers !! which feels very unfair considering I made my order first it should take priority. they have not replied to several emails, left dms on instagram on seen all the while making new designs and posting hundreds of pictures on their instagram. Feels like they should spend a little less time on promotion and more on customer service and actually getting people their orders if they cant even keep up with the orders they currently have!
overall ive had an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience and the clothes i ordered will have to be beautiful for me to even consider dealing with them again!
my advice for anyone thinking of ordering from them, dont expect your order to arrive on time at all and maybe think twice about it if you live somewhere slightly out of the way such as new zealand! and maybe order a set/dress that is new and that they are excited about because they seem to place newer sets in higher priority to be made and shipped :/ I will post another review when i finally receive it and say what the quality is like. better be good for over $130 NZD, over 2 months wait and all this stress!!! I was hoping to have it before i went away :(
Update:
I have received my order now and I tried it on tonight. Overall I’m happy with it but I do have a few issues. The set I ordered features a ‘super sparkly diamanté buckle’ which is in the pictures and shown as rectangular. The buckle on the set I received is heart shaped. I might just buy a new buckle for it. the fabric is perfect and exactly as pictured and super soft though. It’s not as well fitted as I would have hoped unfortunately but I am an in between size so that’s okay. Overall I’m a little disappointed with a few things but I might just alter it a little here and there.
Second update:
I ended up changing the buckle myself, and I fell in love with the set I ordered, I've worn this set countless times and it still looks incredible.
I also did end up ordering from them again because I just couldn't resist and it went much much smoother the second time around. I ordered 2 beautiful sets and I love them both!!
I regret nothing and recommend nebbity to all my friends, at the end of the day, all businesses mess up sometimes, thats just life, and the owner works very hard on their own! but a lot has improved since. the clothes are worth the wait and the price, and you can feel good about ordering from a small business run by a really lovely person (we've spoken briefly a few times since i originally made this review and they really are an angel) seriously, buy from them, i just got unlucky the first time, the customer service and wait time has vastly improved!! currently eyeing up the coconut girl collection hahaha

Quality is fab and Lovely customer service

As someone who loves to buy from Depop, i've always supported individual brands, and Nebbity is no different. The clothes are of a really high quality, and feel extra special as they were hand-made. I didn't have to wait too long for my order and found it really easy to reach out with any questions I had & receive a response. I love my new set and can't wait to wear it for my birthday! Will definitely be order again when the festivals come around.
