Expected delivery date was much later than stated due to stock issues, however I've not had my product long and it has broken. I've sent an email and still waiting on a response

I did not receive my order and requested a refund from my bank. I then received an email asking for a review and I left a poor rating.
Since then. I have had emails from Alistair informing me about the delivery issues they were having and the printer problems they were having. He sent the cleats and upheld the refund and was very apologetic. For the excellent communication from him I have now given a 5 star rating rather than the 1 star given previously. It's a shame the communication didn't happen sooner, but I appreciate the effort. The product: great items. 👍🏻

Design of the neatcleat is brilliant. I have several pairs of them and use them for storage in the utility or when travel. Amazing quality and customer service is excellent. Buy them you'll not regret it.

I was scared at first thinking my boots would slip off the zpurs but now that I actually have it , it’s not like that at all. I one hundred percent recommend buying these. They’re very durable and even come with spare thin and thick grip. Thanks
