I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Everything happens the way they say it should around order, delivery, timescales, condition of club, even returns policy. Utterly responsive on email too. I didn’t expect to have a first choice for second hand golf club buying online but I certainly do now.

I purchased a driver that was not quite right for my ability, NNGC offered advice and sourced a new shaft for my club. Offered me a straight swop for the existing shaft and even threw in the correct tool to make the change. Great Service. Thanks

In a world of poor customer service, there is a shining light. I purchased a driver that just wasn’t for me. No hassle no problems sent it back and was offered a full refund or change of club. Ordered some new clubs on a Late Thursday evening, Sadly DPD didn’t collect the order from NNGC the next day so my order was going to be delayed. Harry the director sent me an email very swiftly to keep me updated and informed of what had happened (most companies wouldn’t bother). I have been checking DPD all day today and hadn’t had an update, Emailed Harry again and got a very quick reply to say he loaded them on the Van himself and assured me they would be with me tomorrow. Again Great communication, unfortunate about DPD but it’s not within their controllables. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone I know who’s looking at getting into the sport or getting affordable clubs!

I purchased a set of second-hand Cleveland golf clubs (great condition BTW) but unfortunately they weren't suitable for me so decided to return on the 30 day try or return policy offered. I was sceptical at first that I would receive a full refund but to "Nearly news" credit they were unbelievable helpful and credited me in full. I will be using again and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again

Great service from Harry there and the clubs they sent were pretty much mint condition - and at good prices. Well recommended.

Couldn’t rate them any higher, putter ordered at the weekend and delivered within 48hrs. Putter in better condition than expected, practically brand new. Weight kit not in the package and 1 email and the weight kit was shipped. Defo where I will be ordering from now on.
