I am a return customer to Nearly New Cashmere. I love the quality and selection on offer. Pieces are clearly pictured and measurements are stated so you can decide what is for you. Any questions I’ve had have been replied to quickly via email or the chat function. There is a rewards system too where you can earn ‘buttons’ for money off future purchases. Great company with lovely people

I have been purchasing from NNC for almost five years now and in that time have purchased many items including jumpers for myself and my husband and several pairs of fingerless gloves which are made from jumpers they are unable to resell. The quality has always been amazing and I cannot fault them. Buy with confidence.

Nearly New Cashmere Co.is a fantastic concept and Company, that I have been using for some years now. Fabulous range of products, the staff are lovely and I really enjoy watching their videos. I recently sent several pieces no longer worn and received a £25 gift voucher!
It’s unfortunate that some individuals need to write negative comments when I am absolutely sure they would rectify any issues if you had the temerity to discuss this with them first. This unfortunately, seems to be the mentality of a small section of today’s society.

First time buyer purchasing a Christmas gift. Very quick delivery despite the purchase date. The jumper was perfect, as promised and loved by the recipient. I will be buying more!

I have purchased several items from NNC & can highly recommend. All pieces have been excellent quality at a fraction of the price of 'new' cashmere. Customer service is fantastic & if you have any queries just get in touch. Reading some reviews on here I think some people don't actually read the product descriptions before purchasing. You do pay for returns but It's a small, sustainable business & they are selling mostly one off pieces. Read the description & if you are unsure, message them, they are super helpful. This reduces the need for returns.

The cashmere hood is soft and cosy and perfect for winter days. Made from upcycled cashmere knitwear it’s also good for the environment.

Have recently bought cashmere every day socks for my daughter. These are stronger wearing than the cashmere bed socks and are so warm and cosy and perfect for wearing every day. My daughter adores them and now has three pairs to take to France skiing next week. This company is brilliant. Incredibly quick delivery times and the products are of a really high quality.

I am 86 and I like to have my head covered when it’s cold but don't like hats.. the cashmere hood/snood is the perfect solution for me! Gorgeous colors and great service and I love the posts on Instagram… such nice people and a great company for our times.

I have purchased many items from this company including their fabulous cashmere waistcoats and silk scarves. Their customer service is amazing I even purchased a silk scarf late one afternoon it was delivered the next day. I love everything about this company its items and its ethos and of course their fantastic customer service.

I’ve bought four cashmere jumpers, a silk scarf and some gloves from here over the last few years. It’s a bit more expensive than eBay but I know that what I order will be good quality, the actual sizing is always provided and I can return the item if I need to. My own experience is that people who accidentally shrink their cashmere often try to sell it on eBay. New cashmere is expensive but this is the only place I trust to buy it second hand.
