I did not receive my shoes

I did not receive my shoes. I paid nearly $200 for my shoes only for them to be stolen out of a mail room in my apartment complex.I filed a dispute with Paypal and a decision was rendered in favor of the shoe company. It's so devastating because I have never experienced a situation like this before. Be careful if you live in a rental community and decide to purchase from this company. They do not use discreet labeling which also attracts a thief. All I wanted was my shoes and instead I took a tremendous financial loss. As much as I still would like my shoes, I will never purchase from this company again. Buyers beware!
