Scamming at its finest!

Four months ago I bought a product from nds-card.
My order was shipped 3 days later according to the tracking system but it was never delivered to me.
Two months later I asked them by email about my order.
They said that the delivery was delayed because of the corana pandemic.
After four months I e-mailed them again without any success. There was no more answer from the seller.
It seems like nds-card is just one of many other cash grab sites which don't deliver.
The tracking service marked my order as "expired".

I highly recommand not to buy from there.

As long as this negative rating is here, nothing has changed.
I'll change my rating in case that my order gets delivered.

Obscured Payment Processor

First time I put the order and it wasn't processed, I contact them, and Wintopay (their payment processor) is asking me to send a picture of my card, never had this happen to me, I tried searching up Wintopay and there barely any info on the company itself, most of the time I've had website do a better way to verify I'm the real owner, I don't feel safe sending that info.

I said I wanted to cancel my order, but they did not give me the full amount back.

EDIT: I ended up getting my refund, but still be wary.

I said I wanted to cancel my order, before transaction was processed. They said it was canceled. I thought it was fine. They then said it was processed, and asked me if I wanted to canceled. I thought it was already canceled, so I asked them to cancel again. They after this, ended up not giving me the full amount due to them claiming its my fault. Horrible merchant.

I ended up getting my R4 from newegg, and put YSMenu on it.
