Everything went perfect for my withdrawal to my bank account and the withdrawal from my platform was also perfect

I had an issue and could not initially figure out how to correct my mistake. I went onto the site chat and unfortunately, the chatbot could not provide the assistance I needed. Once I was able to talk to a human, Lawrence was able to quickly help me figure out what I needed to do.

Ndax Canada Inc is the best. I sent a transfer with the wrong address and it was fixed right away. Thank you so much for your help and for giving me peace of mind.

I recieved a quick and helpful response from NDAX when I was having difficulty signing into my account with my authenticator. They also followed up a couple of days later to make sure all was well. Awesome service!

I was having trouble completing an e-transfer.
I thought I had completed the transfer but, I forgot to confirm the transaction and rushed out the door.
When I returned to my home I discovered that the transfer didn't go through because I didn't confirm the transaction.
I logged onto the Help Line and after answering a few prompts from the automated system I was directed to Emma, who was very helpful and prompt.
She helped sort out the issue and the transaction went through without delay.

I did not use my account for quite a while. about a week and a half or 2 weeks ago an opportunity that I've been waiting for in regards to certain stocks had come up. because I hadn't used my account for a long time, I had to redo my two-factor authentication which I did. I took the new selfie. all of that was approved. I was able to log in with my password and my username but when it came to verifying my identity it would ask me to enter a code off my authenticator. so I don't have that code off my authenticator because the last time I used my account the security and the two-factor was all done through SMS messaging. so in order to get the code to put into my authenticator so I can get into my ndax account. I would have to actually get into settings in my ndax account so I started trying to get a hold of somebody at ndax. it's just a series of automated AI robotic responses. nobody actually calls you back or cares about it. I tried the phone number several times they come on. they say your name because they have your name associated with your phone number. then they say the wait will be under 10 minutes. then you wait about 10 minutes then they come back on and say the weight will be over 10 minutes. thank you for understanding. we will call you back so you don't have to wait. well, the callback doesn't come and it's the exact same message. the exact same time on hold the exact same music every time. nobody calls you back. I've sent several emails, no response, just a generic response with more links to reset my two-factor which I've done a hundred times so I can't access my money. my opportunity that I was waiting for for literally years has come and gone and still nobody gets back to you. if I could give this company a zero or less I would

RUN AWAYYY. They rejected my withdrawal and took the funds themselves.
I’ve been trying to contact me for 5 days now, they won’t answer anything.

I have been with Ndax for two or three years and this last issue consolidated my thought for this company, they have always taken the time to resolve my issue and consistently securing customers funds . Hopefully the government will enable more trading opportunities so that I can stay with them for all my trading needs.

Atrocious customer service.

Theyve held $10,000 of mine for 3 weeks.

I fear this company is near insolvency.

Friendly, knowledgeable service rep. He explained things so I could understand easily. He made me feel confident in my actions.

I deposited $5K into my account on October 22, 2025 and bought crypto the same day and requested my purchase to an external wallet. They put my transaction on hold up until Saturday, October 25,2025. I sent numerous messages which went unanswered. Trying reaching them on cx service line. The prompts never worked and it kept booting me out. I finally got a call from Maya/Ndax late Saturday afternoon. She apologized. But the damage was already done. I suggest you don’t ever use Ndax. There are better wallets you can find. DO NOT USE NDAX….. please. They will hold your funds for ever for no apparent reason!
