This is the company that has been building both chronicjobs and supposedly in completion of ChronicSouls website and app. Although - unbeknownst to me, there is nothing user friendly about the administration of ChronicJobs and doing anything for sharing or optimizing the site for search engines. When you mentioned - “can’t you even share job listings ?” Not sure of members or employers are able to do that. Some users said they cannot even tell the difference in the back end if they are an employee or job seeker.

Why did it take me so long to realize this? Yes, it’s my fault. I had trusted their sales person to have all the features I went over with him during the initial conference calls. I went through all my notes, and showed him then Chronic Jobs on Wordpress. My concern at that point was scalability of Wordpress. He said that you couldn’t scale Wordpress.

After reviewing the SOW, I had found and expressed concerns over details that seemed like a template and I had specific requests that were different. The same brown m&m’s kept coming up (brown m&m’s is the phrase I use as it relates to the rapper M.C. who specifically requested in his contract that at every show he does there must be M&M’s and there absolutely NO brown M&M’s - this was so he would test people to see if they actually read his contract). So I kept printing out this SOW, would go over it, make notes and send it back. Every time I would get it back, I would only find a single change and I had stated to the sales person that he kept missing the items that I kept circling and writing in. He said “don’t worry about it” - you are going to be very happy with the site. He stated that the code JobGator - there own version of Monster.com ( if you read their website - there are numerous keywords and names that specifically say Monster.com clone, and other well known job boards - still does , if not, I still have screen shots. I found this company - as you remember me telling you - by searching the keywords “monster.com clone” .

As the site was being built and I started getting images of my dashboard and site pages, I would have a conference call with both the sales person and the head developer. The head developer later informed me that their salesperson was not a technical person. Yes - really said that- their main sales person of sites has no technical background! Anyway, I would comment and say “hey but lead salesperson and I had discussed these common features but I don’t see them?” His answer was “well monster.com is a huge site and therefore there is no way we could clone all of the features in our JobGator version” I kept insisting that I was told I had kept writing back stating there are issues with the SOW and sales manager had assured me that JobGator already had those features so therefore there wouldn’t be a need to write them in the SOW. After I kept pressing, while on the conference call with him and Lead developer - he said that he never said that - the final product was no where near some of the most common features of WordPress plugins (JETPACK, seo all in one, translator, etc - no ability to edit anything really). The admin is nowhere close to even barebones Wordpress with no plugins). If there is an issue with a banner not being able to view - I have to contact them to fix it). It was so bad that for months no one had thought it would be a good idea to let me know that I needed to check the admin email as nothing was forwarded when a person left a message for admin or support. I was contacted through Facebook pages. This was months later. Like I said - it is so un user friendly that you cannot find these things out intuitively.

To date I have spent $31,867 with ncrypted software company for ChronicJobs website completed and ChronicSouls web and app still development never shown to me.

I didn’t notice all of the missing features - I was busy going through bugs and speed tests. I didn’t notice how there was no blog sharing in the beginning.

I was getting these emails from them stating how to “growth hack” your business. Articles about growing your customer base. I decided because I trusted they were experts - again trusted because I haven’t had the chance to look into social sharing and blog posting, and the articles on growth hacking. I allowed them to do search engine optimization for $2500 per month. I got suspicious when I received the first “blog post” to review filled with grammatical errors. After many attempts of reviewing I gave up on my expectations of having a grammatically correct blog posts, and English as a fifth language. Besides the site ChronicJobs at the time of completion was 3 months past original deadline.

After 4 months of so called SEO, I had never received any completed seo task lists indicating what SEO work was actually done besides 2 grammatically poor blog posts per month. After 4 months there was not a single job posting by an employer. They had said they won’t charge me for the SEO work. But they didn’t refund the payment I had made, even after numerous recent emails with that paid invoice requesting my refund per our agreement - it’s come to my understanding that its company protocol to just ignore most questions and give ambiguous answers. When pressing questions - they all seem to have the same answers from CTO who is under the reclusive CEO, to Project manager - who rarely is involved unless there is an accounting issue of payment or giving me a cost for work outside of original SOW ( which is pretty much everything - there is a cost as I would have to hire a programmer to make any changes whatsoever and upload in FileZilla.

Because they were doing the SEO - I never bothered to check for social sharing or scheduled blog posts.

When I finally started doing blog posts this year, there was issues with the inability to their editor accepting any changes at all or any work edits that were accepted wouldn’t show up on the site. When making blog posts, you cannot even upload an image to be included in the blog - only hot linking.

As we were getting closer to California legalizing recreational marijuana and chronic jobs not getting any employer making a posting ( currently we are taking affiliate feeds from zip recruiter and indeed - my ideas thank goodness otherwise I would have an empty site) and creating events that after they made the event part work outside of a company event; we scraped cannabis events and manually put them into the system. There are still issues with mandatory fields like video uRL for job seekers which I had stated should be an option not a requirement. - NOTE - I got off track of topic here so -

ChronicSouls would be my 12 year ScourEvents.com project - turned into a dating and Event site for cannabis enthusiasts.

After going through Chronic Souls requirement with same lead sales (yes they would not give me anyone else) I had begged CTO and others not to work with same saes ever again and they should really consider letting him go because of his obvious lack of morality - I needed to move forward.

I had shared with sales my 12 years of documentation on every aspect - most importantly was Facebook interests that would match interests of others for compatibility - which somehow was lost in translation.

After they said I won’t have to work with same anymore - they didn’t mention that he never shared any information about ScourEvents with PM and GM. That’s 12 years of me thinking and refining a business - never shared either the project manager or lead Developer.
Again - he promised that I shouldn’t worry about the SOw as it was only a formality to get things started. Well after sharing the same ScourEvents documents with lead developer with details on how the database should handle duplicate requests - yes that detailed - they said that it will be done followed by “we will give you time and cost” above what I already had paid to get what I thought I was getting.

Every time I get another “time and cost” I bring up the Salesperson issue - which they just blatantly ignore and tell me that I keep changing things and how my outbursts are not professionally - and finally since they are not in the Scope of Work - it’s extra time and cost....wouldn’t anyone loose their mind if you were treated like every thing you were originally promised was never going to be included, the heart and soul, would be extra cost.

Lead Dev had done research on event ticketing APIs and told me one that were available - I had shown him that I already had signed up with them on July 2017 (actual date is shown on the affiliate page) and telling him - see - this was before I had signed the sow as I had to update my original affiliate programs and this is proof I had shown this to SALES - answer - none given , ignored and statement of this changes scope of work and is extra time and cost.

After I started doing blog posts and updating keywords related to jobs and locations ( actual seo work) I noticed that I am unable to schedule posts or automatically share them to the extensive social media platform I had created - I said this is ridiculous- I started being extremely concerned that ChronicSouls would be the same - then I started going over with PManager ScourEvents and he stated that he was not aware of it and thank you for the duplicate database issue - but SALES never mentioned matching members based on all Facebook interests - so the site would only log them in and not take any more vital information . This would incur extra time and cost outside of SOW.

How would you react ? Wouldn’t you feel that you were completely violated? Just mentally violated.

We had decided to start from scratch - but their starting from scratch has nothing to do with starting from scratch - nothing at all. There are no changes outside of SOW that would not incur extra time and cost.

But don’t trust there word. They have taken all the money and I am left with nothing. They won.

I bumped into NCrypted through a random google search. It was a blog. An insightful blog packed with industry knowledge. My instincts told me to believe in these guys. I was working on a project and so I engaged them. That was one of the best decisions of my life. I started working with Parth and he was outstanding. He clearly explained how the project would go and offered meaningful suggestions to make the project better. Thereafter, I had Farhin Babu as my project Manager. She is meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service. She fully understood my project and took my project to a whole new level I had not imagined. I also like the fact she is always there to answer all questions without giving excuses.

Though I have not communicated directly with Dhvani Kotak, I have seen the amazing work she does behind the scenes (through emails with the team). This convinced me that NCrypted is a solid organisation that knows what it stands for and takes all projects seriously.

My project? It's unbelievably perfect. Though 3/4 through, I am happy I chose these guys. Thank you NCrypted, keep it up! I'll definitely come back with more projects.

This was a really good group of people to work with. The time difference can be the only challenge (being I'm on the west coast of the US), but they really go the distance to do what you ask and are amazingly friendly and kind to work with. Highly, highly recommend!

It is a great pleasure to write a few sentences about working with NCRYPTED. For our company, I have been looking for web developers and mobile apps for our new project, which we will run in the Czech Republic and gradually in other destinations. That's why I approached several software companies in the Czech Republic. Because their offers were not interesting to us for delivery in just a few months. That's why I started looking for suppliers abroad. Finally, I decided for NCRYPTED. As the only company I was able to prepare a detailed workflow and a fair price offer within a short time. Although there is a lot of distance between our small country and India and I have a little worried about the language barrier, yet I was convinced that it is the right way to assign the application development to NCRYPTED. Also, in my decision, great review was of great importance, which I spent several days browsing through various Internet sources.

Ncrypted delivered what was required on a quick time frame. The customer service was quite good. I could not ask for much more. Altogether, it was a better experience than I expected.

Are they 100% perfect? No. But no software development company is.

If all my service providers were as professional as Ncrypted, I would be a happier person.

It can be scary to employ a company that you cannot physically visit. But like any good relationship, it takes trust and patients.

Rushit, at NCrypted, is awesome! He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He was available by email and Skype calls.

We had to integrate a new payment gateway, WePay, because the "out of the box" PayPal gateway was not going to work for our fundraising needs. The end result looks great and functions great!
