Nicky came highly recommended to carry out an installation of a new boiler and radiators. Carried out the job to a very high standard and even tidied up after himself which many don't! He is very reliable, professional and knowledgeable (Explaining everything in a manner which can be understood by a non-plumber!) which means I will definitely be using him in future!

Nick is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In one visit he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue with our heating system that 2 other engineers had failed to do. He let us know when to expect him, explained everything he was doing and gave us lots of advice to help us manage it going forward. He offered to provide follow up support by phone and in person - we couldn't have asked for more and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

NC Plumbing & Heating team installed a full new central heating system in my house within a couple of days and did an excellent job! A great job in relocating radiator piping and fitting new radiator. Also diverting gas pipe to fit cupboard. Arrived on time, worked tidily and efficiently. Tidied up all waste and ensured that system worked before leaving. Highly recommend.

Have used this company several times over the past few years after they attended and replaced my central heating boiler when the previous one gave up the ghost.
On this occasion I had all the central heating radiators 10 in total replaced in the house.
The whole process was very straightforward. All appointments made by Nicky were attended on time. A quote was provided the same day as site visit and the work was then carried out in one day about 2 weeks later.
Well organised with minimal of disruption and proper care and attention given to working around the furniture and keeping the work areas clean.

Nicky removed my 30 year old boiler and cold water storage tank from the loft and replaced with an energy efficient ATAG combi boiler with Nest control.
The installation within the loft was completed on the date advised by Nicky with the old items removed and loft tidied.

Had a new boiler fitted by Nicky at NC plumbing. Old boiler out and new boiler in on the same day. A good job done to high standard, no mess and looks tidy.

Had nicky replace our existing 18 year old boiler with a new energy efficient boiler. Very easy to deal with from start to finish would recommend to anyone.

We feel that Nicky went above and beyond to advise us about installing a new boiler, a very helpful guy who spent an hour fixing our radiators on a cold night when he just came to give us a quote, it was late and I’m sure he had worked a long day and wasn’t guaranteed the job at that point so didn’t have to do that but it was much appreciated and so nice to get warm house again that night ! would recommend to anyone ! He did an excellent job.

Nicky recently installed a new boiler in my house. He is a first class tradesman and nothing is too much of a hassle. Attention to detail is everything. Being able to offer a 10 year warranty on my boiler was a massive selling point. Would highly recommend him.

Nicky did work on my gas boiler to clean out years of sludge and dirt. It has made a big difference to the efficiency and performance of it. He also installed a pump on it. I was delighted with his work, he turned up as agreed and left the place spotless when he left. I would certainly recommend him.

The guys fitted a new boiler for us and moved some pipework too. Job was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Nothing was a problem for them and they explained everything thoroughly and cleared everything away afterwards.
