NBX prevented me from being scammed then they locked my account saying the only thing I could do with a request is sell and withdraw my funds. I sent a request to transfer a small amount of BTC to another exchange with a larger crypto portfolio. Suddenly they requiring me to prove my identity again. After numerous requests as to the status suddenly my crypto was sold at a loss and fund transferred to my bank account. Of course took fee every step of the was increasing my loss. They cannot be trusted. I went from being potential scam victim to being a unwanted client. They are very slow to reply to requests, as others wrote customer service does not exist.

Somewhat strange experience. You register and buy crypto-everything works. Then next time it is pending, claiming transfers "related to high-risk services" to use their own words. If you buy crypto-send it to your wallet, then the ownership goes to the one who buy. If you buy a car, the seller don't tell you where to drive or not to drive. I think they misunderstand, or just make examples. Overall ok experience until they just terminated my account. Not recommended if you can find other options.

NBX is full of transparency, efficiency and great support. Would choose NBX over any other Scandinavian crypto-site anyday.

Bringing crypto to Scandinavia. Thankful for the work they do and options to communicate. With a Discord server and Instagram profile they seem to be decent at updating - you get to learn about the company, news in the crypto-world and just knowledge about crypto itself. The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.

I would not say it is a bad customer service. I would say it's a fraud company that steal people's money by intention. Imagine a financial firm that can block any customers' account at will even when they don't have the rights to do so. They do not require any evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever to block your account. All they need to do is saying that they think your account looks suspicious (without able to provide a clear reason of why) and block your account and steal all your money. After they block your account, they will demand your private information such as your payslip, your transaction history at other exchanges, etc which is against GDPR, especially when they don't have any evidence of any wrongdoing. It is ridiculous that when you transfer fund to your account, the fund belongs to you but they treat it as their own. I start to think that they do this by intention and just use Anti Monney Laundering law as an excuse to steal people money for free. I have already sent the request to close my account with them and if they still do not return my fund, I will sue them and bring the case to the Norwegian court. This is the first time I find a company that tries to behave like a rule of law without the rights to do so. Even a big bank does not behave like this.

I do not recommend using NBX for crypto exchange. The trade view is very bad. You can not see the price or transactions while you put in a trade. A limit order is charged 0,5%, and a market order 0,7%! In comparison, Binance charges 0,1%. It does not make it very interesting to use nbx for trading! If you want to cancel an order it can take up to one minute, and sometimes it does not even get cancelled. Its not very relaxing if you want to do something quick in an ever-changing cryptomarket. A transaction can take a day! It should take maximum 15 minutes to make a transaction in the crypto space. They are behind the times, their app is slow and not user friendly and their customer service is bad. It is not even possible to see your profits or a graph, you only see the amount you have in NOK and in crypto. I have moved all my crypto to another foreign exchange as it is so much better for trading. Still don't have it though as it is pending, who knows for how long, and in the meantime I cannot do anything with it! Stay away from NBX of you can!

I made a withdrawal on the 2022-03-19 and uptill now my withdrawal is still pending, I've contacted the customer service several times but no field back.
They have a very poor customer service, at this time I think this company is a fraudulent company. They don't even care about thier customer, I won't recommend NBX to any living being NBX is for the death alone. I regret the day I signed up with NBX now I think I'm going to loss my 90,000 kr, please anyone seeing this should help me on how to get back my 90,000 kr from NBX.

I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this.

They Told me that I should have my money back withim maximum 2 days and now its almost 2 weeks and there is still no notification about my money. I can not get them back

have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up.

I like using it, and it feels safe. Mandatory 2-factor identification is good. So far quite simple with few assets, but that is actually also a plus in my book.
Very experienced and trustworthy people behind this too. Insured and registered at norwegian official "finanstilsynet".
