Emailed customer service, but no response.

Fraud - NBC store

I ordered two TODAY mugs. Only one mug was shipped. When I contacted them, they asked for a picture of the packaging. Luckily, I saved it. They replied that they sold out of the mug and that the mugs were on back order. I got confirmation that they will give me the money back. I think this is fraud to send one mug and not tell that the other mug is on back order. They should have just offered to give me a refund from the beginning.

Pay shipping for a damaged shipment?

I ordered a Poster and Mug for 20th anniversary of Pride and Prejudice. The mug arrived in tact. Unfortunately, the poster box was bent and the poster inside of it was bent as well. After 3 exchanges with NBC Universal they told me I could mail back the poster and once they received it I would get credit MINUS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES. They should extract the shipping charges from the shipper that damaged it. AT NO TIME did they offer to send me a replacement. Horrible customer service. The last exchange they said they were "We appreciate your order NBCxxxxx with us, and we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your ordered item." It was BENT and unusable.

Don't buy online!!!

I ordered T-shirts online only to find out that since I have a long address, their shipping labels cutoff my apt number and continued to return to sender. When I tracked it through USPS, I had to go and pick up the order. It was only half of my order and the T-shirt was flimsy and scratchy. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER! Email system is automated responses

Low quality for a $42 hoodie.

Every single wash i gave it, the print would come off gradually. Mind you, it was merely 5 washes. On cold wash and air dried. I was disappointed. By 5 washes, the print was barely recognizable. I will say, This all took place in 2018. I highly doubt they have improved since then but if you are willing to give it a chance, do it. I believe you should not buy. Especially when the site itself doesn’t let you drop reviews.

No response from customer service

I have been trying to get a response from them for almost a week..no response. I have emailed them which is the only way I can find to contact customer support. There was an order I placed that went back to the original FedEx office. I am just trying to get ahold of them to have it re-sent. It's frustrating to me that a company this big doesn't have better customer service, or another way to get a hold of them such as a chat or phone call. Beware that if you do have an issue with the NBC store online, you may or may not get a response.
