Bought a dress to wear at my children Holy Communion, Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address and advised to contact the company as they would need to raise it with them. Multiple emails sent and messages on social media and absolutely no response or even acknowledgment. I have now raised a Chargeback via the bank.

I ordered the Senseless Luxe Rose Gold High Neck Beaded Shoulder Sequin Embellished Hourglass Illusion Maxi Dress my engagement party has been brought forward and panic set in I’ve never heard of this site and was worried from the few negatives but my dress came super fast and it’s absolutely stunning! It is just like the dress on the model and the quality too. I highly recommend and I would buy again.

I received a defective, very poor-quality garment that looked nothing like what was advertised. The material felt cheap, the fit was completely off, and the overall finish was far below expectations. It was clear this item did not match the product description or images in any meaningful way.

To make matters worse, I had to pay return postage fee, despite already being charged a significant amount for the original shipping—almost double the cost of the return. Given that, you would expect return shipping to be covered or at least subsidised, especially for a faulty product.

I also had to follow up to get the refund for the cost of the garment, and was asked to produce evidence!

The whole process took a month. It felt unfair and frustrating, as I ended up out of pocket for something that was not as described in the first place. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

The dress is beautiful but one of the beaded straps was broken with only one bead on it.

The size of the clothes was very different from what I wanted.

Bought a dress for an event, it arrived faulty with the neck fastenings missing, so I couldn’t wear it. When I had to return it, they refused to pay for postage & deducted the initial free delivery from my refund.
Cost me over £10 for a dress I couldn’t wear
