Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, I really struggled doing the online application but a lovely lady Fiona stayed on the phone with me and helped me step by step I'm rubbish with technology fiona did not give up on me where as some companies wouldn't spare the time for you finally my loan got approved and even Gail on reception was lovely and helpful this is a company I would highly recommend thankyou fiona and Gail keep up your lovely good work and help you guys are stars 🌟 🤩

Avoid at all cost
Absolute scum of a service. Finances went to pot in pandemic leading me to gaining support from step change. Still decided to harass me and ignore rules. They rock up at your home during pandemics and make you feel hounded even though they're receiving payments. They add more money on regardless of an agreement from stepchange in place making it virtually impossible to escape them. Don't waste your time and money on these nasty bullies. Reported to trading standards and next will be the police if they contact me again. Need shutting down!

Very simple process. Once approved I had the money within 24 hours. My agent called to my house and explained everything clearly. Would use again.
