Absolutely grim customer experience
If I could give zero stars, I would.
This setup is a service provider for Kitchenaid, running their European e-commerce services. But instead of improving "the omnichannel customer experience across all touchpoints" as they boast on their website, their customer service ist absolutely dire. I ordered two Kitchenaid items, one of which was defective. I would like to return it and sent numerous emails and online messages but received zero response. Nobody picks up the phone either.
Looking at other evaluations for Kitchenaid, I'm one of very many.
If you are looking for an e-commerce service provider stay well away from Nayan. They're complete frauds.
