SCAM COMPANY - BEING PROSECUTED
Complete scam site/"company". They'll take your money and provide zero product/service. DO NOT BUY!!
Luckily we're getting Miami-Dade county, Los Angeles county and US Customs authorities and attorneys to put an end to this.

For that those wondered about their FL and CA addresses, they're both publicly published & advertised on their site, navlak.com.

Go get 'em everyone. It's your right to file civil lawsuits from any location against them. Just contact the authorities and the BBB.

It's an at-home "company" with no true brick&mortar shop location as they portray/image/show on their website. I have zero problem with legit businesses from home, in fact, I encourage it, when legitimate and ethical and responsible.

Navlak.com has been dismantled and 404'd, but in true scammer fashion, they've decided to continue scamming and flip the IP/URL to NAVLAK.SHOP. Be sure to funnel your complaints or lawsuits and/or follow-ups to that address. Trustpilot won't let me post the actual "support" email address so now it's similar as before but; first it's "support" at, second the domain is at "navlak.shop".

Ordered a jersey on Dec 23 2024. Still have not had any contact from them about shipment. Just filed a complaint to BBB.

Waited almost 7 weeks to receive an NFL jersey. It finally arrived today. The
Material is great. Wanted an XL but they shipped an XXL. Kinda big and after waiting so long I’m afraid to send it back. Also the numbers are sewn on totally crooked! What a huge DISAPPOINTMENT! Live and learn! Highly recommended staying away from this site!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They stole our LLC’s identity and are defrauding the public. On or about December 27, 2024, we began receiving notices from the Better Business Bureau with regards to the fraudulent transactions and immediately filed a police report. This matter is currently under investigation by the Miami Dade Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit. With the regard to the disgusting comment made below on 1/30/2025 by CRIMINAL FRAUD, my husband is a 29 year veteran of the police department and is by NO MEANS a crooked cop and I am a medical professional and our LLC has nothing to do with the sale of sportswear.

I ordered a custom jersey from their website. It took five weeks to get, which seemed pretty reasonable for the timeframe. However, I noticed that the tracker showed that the jersey reached Jamaica New York in week two and sat for another five days. I contacted the company And they claim that due to the LA Fires that they needed to change facilities and the package would be late. The package showed up a week before the date. They said it would, but it was still a total of five weeks for The delivery. I absolutely love the jersey. It’s good quality and the stitching is holding up very well. They were quick with responding to my emails, but the response didn’t necessarily make sense. After the third week, I did start to think that the company might be fake, but overall, I did not have a terrible experience, it just wasn’t perfect. But nothing in life is.

Until I receive my product I purchased from them back in December, I think this company is a scam.

I ordered a jersey November 28 and it finally arrived January 10. It is a beautiful jersey. I wasn't planning on waiting that long, as I didn't know they had to order from CHINA! Don't expect much info after you order, as they are not the best at customer service. I hope everyone gets what they wanted, it may take about 1 1/2 months....

Ordered 12-7-2024 suppose to receive 1-6-2025. Have e0mailed support@navlak (only contact available) 6 times since 1-6-2025 with zero response back. Called paypal filed complain & return of money form these thieves. Useless garbage gheto Compton trash.

Ordered a nfl jersey on Nov 29 and didn't receive it until after the new year. I wasn't happy with the product and tried to contact customer service and could not get a return authorization number to send it back.

Complete SCAM! Ordered a NBA jersey for Christmas on November 21st...its now December 31st and still no tracking info available. Every time I contact them Im giving a new delivery date and told to be patience. Now when I look at their site all sports jerseys/clothing is removed and it's completely different with random closthing. They must set up a fake site around the holidays to scam people! So disappointed.

I too should have read the reviews! I believe this company is a scam, they estimated a delivery that won’t be realized and have not provided any updates as to when my items should be expected. I requested a refund and they sent a response informing me about “What Christmas is about”! Unbelievable

Zero accountability.. A complete scam and a sham. AI generated customer service. Do not use this company. Ordered product 29 November and no updates since.. So sorry I trusted.

I ordered December 1st I read about the processing time and shipping time on Navlak website. My mistake not reading the reviews. I have sent several emails. No updates the lady that chats assured me my order was about to ship yet no updates.she said she would get back to me in a moment that's been 3 days ago.i guess my son won't get his Christmas gift😡 Does anyone know where there located ? It says Florida and Alhambra CA. However I believe there overseas. Somebody needs to be held accountable. These companies need to be shut down!!!'

They could follow what they say, I ordered a jersey on November 1 today is December 9 and I still do not have any information and it's been held at someplace for over a month stated that he would give my money back on the sixth and he has done nothing he keeps putting it off all next week next week. Well, it's been over a month and a half since I've ordered that shirt and I needed it for a specific game and it did not show up this place as lousy as far as customer service goes, I still don't know where my shirt is and I still do not have my money back so this company is not worth anything. In my opinion. Be careful ordering from this company. The customer service is lousy. Well it is now Dec13th and I still have heard nothing From them. You order here and you are just donating it to their cause stick with NFL.com. Fantastic service!! This place should be investigated!!!!
