I have been a little sceptical in the past with using non U.K. based companies. Do you have the same thoughts? If so let me put your mind at rest.

I wanted to replace my BMW I Drive screen with a touch screen version. All companies I contacted only offered the Android option. However I wanted to stay with BMW O&M.

This is where the magic begins! They actually remanufactured a touch screen that uses the original BMW housing! Amazing!

Once ordered it was dispatched the same day! However for reasons unknown it was caught up at the delivery companies warehouse. The communication during this time was fantastic.

The unit arrived just over a week and was well packaged. I had previously seen photos of the unit. I was not disappointed.

Once installed it required coding to the car and NAVI did offer this service. However I had already booked with a company I have used previously. However, NAVI still kept in touch till the unit was coded.
The unit was installed and coded yesterday and it is absolutely amazing, the quality is fantastic and this is down to the quality of workmanship.

I have will have no hesitation in using them again and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Have bought an ATM with the resoldering Service of the eSIM from TCB to the new donor ATM.

The only person who has been able to retrofit a head unit with apple CarPlay for my mini. There were some teething problems, but all glitches were resolved and the system now works perfectly

I don't know where to start because there's so much to say. I have a 2015 Mini Cooper F55 that had a small screen and limited features (only Bluetooth, and sometimes it didn't work), so I decided to contact naviandbmwparts after watching a YouTube video. i’m in italy but despite that It was a fantastic experience. The guy is super kind and helpful, responds quickly, guides you step by step, and solves all your problems. I can't recommend him more; it was worth every penny. Fast and reliable, I have nothing else to say. If you're thinking of replacing the screen, trust him for several reasons, including the cost, since the shop charges double for a job like this. Thanks again to this guy; now my car is beautiful.

I have been working with Aurimas to replace my Head Unit in my 2016 BMW 435i. I had purchased an MMI adapter and was very unhappy with the constant connection problems. The MMI is an add on box and it just doesn’t work like a factory integrated unit. Aurimas provided an OEM solution for me that included a brand-new OEM BMW 10.25 Inch Touch Display and the latest OEM BMW Head Unit for my BMW that would support Car Play (my old Head Unit did not support CarPlay, hence the MMI Add on adapter). I am extremely satisfied with the solution that Aurimas provided at a very fair price. The installation was easy; the OEM Head Unit works as advertised, and the support was tremendous. Aurimas answered all my questions in a very reasonable period and all installation issues/questions were resolved within hours of the installation. Aurimas made sure that his services were top notch.

I would certainly recommend Aurimas and his company for any OEM retrofits to modernize the BMW marque.

The entire process from identifying a suitable upgrade for my car to responding to my queries during and after install was superb. The original head unit, idrive controller and touchscreen completely transforms my car, adding functionality usually only available in a newer vehicle. Communication was fast and detailed. Cannot fault the product and customer experience.

Absolutely first class service. We upgraded our mini f56 BS01 console to a brand new touch screen one with apple car play and we’re over the moon. We needed help right from the beginning since this was not a simple upgrade but needed a whole new centre unit and special adapter and we were given 5 star service with advice and instant responses. Can’t rate the company highly enough, this is exactly what superb customer service looks like.

Ordered an upgraded head unit for my mini which came promptly. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transit (was very well packed so no fault of seller) but seller was very willing to provide support and step by step troubleshooting. A new unit was quickly sent out and fitted with no issues.

Ordered a replacement touchscreen and head unit for my 2017 mini hardtop JCW. Product came quickly and install was a breeze. Numerous support texts using WhatsApp were answered immediately. Product works perfectly and looks great. Highly recommend.

I have bought nbt evo for a bmw x5 and a cluster for 7series and I am super satisfied. NBT was precoded and everything works. Install was very easy and they will help you if you have any problems ot doubts. Cluster was after install remotly coded and again works as it should.
I really recommend to do business with this company.

Just got a head unit kit (NBT EVO) from them and it was practically plug and play. Everything was coded up perfectly for my BMW i8 and he did not skimp on the details. Highly recommended!
