Customer support excellent. Does the job of tracking well. Feels a bit expensive. Going to be a godsend however when Australia's new capital gains tax rules come into effect.

This is the first time I'm using Navexa to do my tax reporting and I'm amazed at how quick and easy it made it. The reports were automatic and I could see exactly how much CGT would cost me before making the decision to sell, so I did. I'm very happy with it and can't recommend Navexa highly enough.

Easy onboarding of Investment platforms. Great step by step instructions. Where there is confusion, the team at Navexa are very friendly, really helpful, down to earth and easy to talk to. They don't make you feel stupid at all. Even when you are feeling a bit that way.

Hit the contact button as reports weren't loading. Within 2 minutes got a reply. Which was helpful also, asked further questions which were helpful and the someone else emailed me and fixed the report i needed....all with in minutes....such a great support system.....exemplary!!!!

Works well saves me money when I see accountant.

Once I was getting used to the ins and outs it became a thrill to work with and it serves all the purposes I have been looking for.

The tax system is only becoming more complicated and as my investments are increasingly diversified, I needed something to help. Cue Navexa. I am better prepared for the 25/26FY and beyond. Thanks Nav.

I contacted Navexa as was running out of time to get share reports and I had limited help with the other crowd I used to use. I actually had 2 people offer help almost immediately and with their advice, was able to forward the figures to them. I signed up to get the required reports for tax purposes and found them clearly set out. It was quite painless and I am more than satisfied with the assistance I was given. I will continue to use Navexa in future.

After encountering limitations with a competitor’s platform, I began searching for a better solution — and that’s what led me to Navexa. From the start of my extended trial, the experience has been outstanding. Support has been prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful, with James in particular consistently going above and beyond.

The platform itself has been equally impressive, especially with the mid‑April release of the new version. The depth of analytics, clean interface, and flexibility across asset types make it both powerful and easy to use. Subscribing after the trial was an easy decision.

Still getting used to the reporting but so far it appears to be fairly easy. Some of the dividend values don't appear to come thru correctly.

Have tried ShareSight before. This is so much simpler. Has helped me better understand what i formation I need to collect and made tax prep super simple. Was planning in just using for a month or 2 for tax prep, but will permanently keep it for the value of record keeping and investments insight.

(1) It does your taxes for you. Simple presentation of what you put in each box on the Australian Tax form; (2) I am a visual person and love seeing my Portfolio performance as a graph. You can drill down further with filters; (3) ––– Game Changer ––– the Benchmarking tool. I am in for the challenge of setting a goal and trying to hit it. Gamifying my trading has been excellent incentive to improve. And I have, huge performance increase. I am impressed!

Was looking for support for Australian tax. Found the purchase process to be very quick and easy.
Income calendar does not pickup all dividends due for a month so is a waist of time.
Layouts changed 24 hours after purchase and the new layouts are missing a lot of previously available info.

Great platform and super helpful customer service

Easy to use, and excellent reporting functions. Able to import all of my past trades; just had to fix up some consolidations. This tool has given me insight into my investments that I wish I'd had years ago.

Friendly even when it didn’t get off to the smoothest start. I think I kept trying to upload my portfolios during an outage. But staff were quick to assist me and notify me when it was back online. Even after only using Navexa for a short period of time. I can see how it’s going to save an incredible amount of time and stress and with the additional tools. Some key insights to my portfolio I’d been missing. Remember to watch the videos available on YouTube. They help!
