Great

Great, prompt and accurate service. A very minor observation: some of the product (in one container) is "over dessicated" and not really usable. That said, a nominal percentage, with the remainder quite satisfactory.

Great company to do business with

Great company to do business with. Will I use them again? You bet I will, from start to finish of transaction everything straight forward with fast turnaround I’m more than delighted.

Exposes customer to huge post office bills by nclear VAT handling for EU customers

I've ordered a small Seven Chakra Pyramid here, and got a bill from my post service (21.5 euro for customs processing by the post and 3.5 euro VAT) with a deadline to pay it. It's 2023, and since 2021 every shop, that sends to EU, knows to add the VAT to the price, and pay the VAT using IOSS, and attach IOSS to the parcel, to save the customers from overpriced post service bills. I've asked Navafresh Support if they did it, and if they can provide any evidence, which I could use when talking to post service, but got no reply at all within 2 working days. So I don't know whether Navafresh has paid it or not.
Navafresh could improve their Support latency, and probably even add IOSS information to order confirmation. If they don't use IOSS (I still don't know), they could also implement it in their shop.

Navafresh

Very good service, fast delivery of order. The only negative thing was they didn’t send a confirmation email but that was only a small thing. Will definitely use this again
