I placed order #549451 and paid $119. I never received the package.

The shipment was handled by Gofo, who claims the parcel was delivered. The only “proof” provided is a photo of the courier holding the package outside my building. That is NOT proof of delivery to me. I never received the package in hand.

If the parcel was left unattended outside the building without my authorization, that is completely unacceptable and highly irresponsible. Leaving a $119 package outside and calling it “delivered” does not transfer responsibility to the customer.

I have contacted Nava Bands multiple times and received no response. Zero accountability. Zero customer support.

I paid for a product I never received, and instead of solving the issue, they are hiding behind a courier photo.

Extremely disappointed. Until this is resolved with a proper refund, I cannot recommend this company.

Not a legitimate business, a drop shipper selling cheap products at a mark up. There is no customer service at all, my order was lost in the mail and they haven't responded to one of my messages across e-mail, facebook, instagram in a month. They've now blocked my email address. After investigating I found all of their products for less than half the price on Amazon.

Purchased a couple of bands, both turned up after some time, one was fine, the other turned up damaged. Emailed customer service, finally got a response one week later, followed up a week later and all my emails now bounce back. My advice is to stay away.

Ordered a silver watch strap but they sent me black, tried to contact them via the customer service email but that bounces back constantly, tried to contact them via Instagram but got no reply.
I’ve now had to lodge a dispute with my credit card company to try and get a refund

Customers service email doesn’t work it bounces back. 8 hour window for a refund. Couldn’t actually get in touch even after sending an email within the 8 hour window. Buyer beware.

Durable and comfortable. Strong claps that stays together.

Placed order 20+ days ago. Tracking says it has arrived in country a week ago. Reach out to customer service and still no idea where or when will be delivered. For the price , service a complete fail. Can’t reccomend

A functional product! Durable and aesthetically pleasing. I was especially pleased with customer service/support in helping me pick out the band that would satisfy my needs.

I made two different orders, the first one was delivered really quickly but the strap didn’t have a comfortable and secure fastening, so I ordered a different second one magnetic that was lost by the courier during the delivery (delivered to the wrong address).
After having provided evidence of the incorrect delivery, Nicole of the Nava Bands customer service sent me another one in some days, so five stars to her for the excellent and accurate service

The delivery time was indeed 6-10 working days as they’ve mentioned in the email, as for the band, the quality is so nice, I’ve ordered a Titan band for my Apple Watch and I’m wearing it daily, no issues on the skin (had some issues with the silicone one). Overall, great product and great design and at a good price!
