DON’T FALL FOR IT
They use door to door sales people and high pressure sales tactics to make you think you are supporting clean energy and going to save money on your electricity bill.
However, this company does not provide the service advertised. They will charge you via auto-pay as if they paid your utility bill even though they never did (which means you paid them and also your electricity company the same amount), and they will then refuse to refund you when you try to contact them about it.
The company also has zero customer service. They have a phone number on their website and in their emails that I have called at least dozens of times and not one call has ever been answered (continuously rings) . I have requested to cancel the service via email multiple times, and I am still seeing their solar credits on my utility account and they are still sending me bills for them.
Also, the “credit card convenience fee” that they charge is frequently more than any amount of money you would be saving from the “solar credits discount” anyway, so this is a total scam even if they DID provide the service they advertise.
I unfortunately will need to battle this through my bank at this point because I don’t have any other option.
DO NOT do business with this company.
