Scammers use this email service for scamming
On the 29 January 2025 I said -
"This email service is being used by scammers to send phishing messages from the Australian Government, ATO, child support, myGov. IE - your tax return is due and dodgy links."
It took your company a full 11 months to reply with the above ….. I call BS this company does not know how it involved in scamming…. hence why im here.
"Thank you for raising this concern. Phishing emails impersonating government agencies like the ATO and myGov are a serious problem, and we want to address this directly.
We were unable to locate any account associated with your details in our system. This, combined with the nature of your report, suggests a likely explanation:
Email spoofing is extremely common. Scammers routinely forge sender information to make phishing emails appear as though they originate from legitimate services—when in reality, the emails were never actually sent through those platforms at all. Government impersonation scams are widespread and typically operate completely independently of the email services they falsely appear to come from.
Our platform has strict anti-abuse policies. Nautilus serves small business professionals such as real estate agents, tradespeople, and local service providers who use our platform to send helpful newsletters to their existing clients. We actively monitor for suspicious activity and immediately terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service.
We'd welcome the opportunity to investigate. If you still have one of these emails, please forward it with full headers to [abuse at nautilusmail.com]. This allows us to verify whether the message actually originated from our infrastructure or was simply spoofed—and take appropriate action either way.
We take platform integrity seriously and appreciate any information that helps us maintain it.”
I will continue to forward you the evidence when I find it … in this case the scammer link went to your Nautilus log in page….. so I don’t think I am wrong.
