Missing Order. Terrible customer service
Ordered a light from this company. When the light had not arrived I queried where the lamp was. The company advised it had been delivered and provided a proof of delivery. The signature on the form was not recognised by us and the office was closed at the time stated on the proof of delivery. I advised the company of this and asked them to track the order with their courier. Their response was that that they could not track an order that had been delivered. This is not correct as a sender can take missing items up with their courier. I have tried on a number of occasions to call and there is no answer. Absolutely terrible service. I would never use this company again and I have lost 140.00 euro
