Advertising same day shipped. Ordered at night 4 days ago and still not shipped.
Had to contact twice for customer service. Stated it’s shipped but isn’t registered as left. Say it won’t come for 5-7 days - don’t order if you need nappies.

Great quality!
I love these diapers!! I have felt some bamboo diapers that were softer than these… but the quality on these is top notch. They hold the heavy night time pees and big blow out poos. I wish they were slightly softer but that’s just me being nitpicky. These diapers are great.

Good but recently started to leak
We love these nappies and have used them for a year but my baby has been waking up soaking and this morning when I had him on my him I felt a warm sensation and low and behold his leggings and my top were wet because the nappy had leaked

Leakage is most often caused by a bad fit. Babies come in all sizes and shapes, and it is unfortunately impossible to make a diaper that will suit them all. We encourage you to try another size. We do our best to give weight recommendations, but they might not be correct for your baby.
Diapers: Our Bamboo range is a bit wider than our Original range and also how the elastics are placed differs so hopefully one of the ranges will fit your baby's shape.
Pants: Our Bamboo range is a bit wider than our Original range so you can also try the other range.

Unacceptable Customer Service – No Response for Two Weeks

We believe this is due to an unfortunate manufacturing fault and though these are very rare, they sometimes can occur.
However, leakage can sometimes be caused by a bad fit as well. It is not uncommon for some children to experience a less-than-ideal nappy fit although they may fall within the recommended weight range of a particular nappy size.
Babies come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and although their weight may be within a certain range, their body shape can vary significantly.
