We visited Natuzzi Reading New Year’s Day to look at the furniture for ideas. Jeff came over and spoke with us and we explained what we were looking for. He was not pushy but explained what Natuzzi could offer regarding our requests. All our questions ( and there were a lot ) were patiently and professionally and very friendly answered. Nothing was too much trouble and the choices we were offered enabled us to make an informed decision on the furniture that we wanted to purchase. As a result we walked away extremely happy with a bespoke sectional sofa that we felt we had designed . We are so looking forward to the delivery.

Tabitha at the Reading store was friendly, helpfull and very knowledgeable, not pushy in the slightest. She made the purchasing of a sofa an enjoyable experience. So glad we visited.

I highly recommend the Natuzzi Reading store, especially Michael, who provided exceptional service when I purchased two sofas on the 01st January 2025. Michael was incredibly professional, helpful, and guided me expertly in selecting and personalizing my sofas.

The quality of Natuzzi sofas is outstanding—far superior to other sofa stores I visited. The staff truly understand customer needs and take the time to address all queries with care and professionalism.

We found the perfect Natuzzi corner sofa at the Reading store. The staff are very helpful, but especially Dave who we were dealing with - from start to finish he was attentive without being at all pushy. He is a credit to the store. If you are after a great quality sofa then I would highly recommend this store - there are others around but this one is the best in my opinion.

We visited the store a few days ago and were greeted by Tabitha. We were looking for a new sofa and she was exceptionally helpful. She had very good product knowledge and customer service skills and understood our needs. We placed an order for 2 sofas and look forward to them being delivered.

Looks like Natuzzi have requested for my review to be taken down. And so I will repost the content of an email I was inadvertently and incompetently copied in to, without names and email addresses. This speaks for itself as after months and months of trying to get reimbursed for faulty products, we received a refund via the credit card company. Natuzzi had no intention of acting in a trustworthy and transparent way.

The content speaks for itself:

X Both X and X have spoken to the customer today. She is adamant that she will accept nothing less than a full refund. I believe the Order Value is £2.5K. Can someone please attach the order. You or X can speak to the customer to try and persuade the customer to take the goods, but I doubt this will be successful. Two delivered sofas - both damaged and I do not understand why anyone in this business would sanction a model to be taken off the floor which is not perfect where the customer has already rejected the first set of goods. Yet another own goal. One to add to the list to discuss with X, I think. Thanks X-

Thanks to Jeff at Natuzzi Reading in helping us to select a range of leather furniture. His expert knowledge made him stand out and inspired confidence - we bought more furniture than we had intended to!
Choosing leather colours is the next step and with a delivery date in the next 8 weeks we are looking forward to receiving beautiful, comfortable, robust and well made pieces as we have seen in the showroom.

Jeff at Reading was lovely we bought 2 chairs and a sofa, but after taking our money nothing has gone right. From the delivery where we had to wait in for two different days, to every piece being poor quality. Baggy material, pinched at the seems, uneven colour. After having the technician out who said they could recover the sofa, which sounded reasonable, but when the chairs arrived and the technician came out again, he said there was nothing they could do to fix the issues. So we asked for our money back and return everything. After going through a number of different levels of management we were finally told that the issues were in their window of tolerance! So with 16 week wait times and no guarantee of decent quality they want us to choose again. So the happy champagne seems only a tactic to get your money, because after that there is no guarantee of quality or service. Such a shame we are incredibly heartbroken and disappointed.

Went to the Reading store to find a natuzzi sofa, which is great quality as expected. Jeff was particularly helpful at understanding what we wanted and picking out the sofa we bought. Excellent service from purchase to delivery

yesterday eent into Reading store to browse for 2 sofas with no intention of purchasing. Ended up buying 2 sofas and the store manager, Jeff, was extremely helpful and knowledgable without any pressure to buy. Will definitely recommend this store,
