I cannot say enough by way of thanks to Naturtrend blinds. From the very first contact with samples sent then all the help anyone could wish for during my selection and order process.
I am a UK customer.
I ordered 10 blinds but, and this is where it gets interesting, for delivery to my French home to co-ordinate with my arrival to receive the delivery. I ordered and paid in UK with sterling card and a seamless transaction.
Product Quality ? First class.

Great quality and service.
Wanted to order 4 bamboo roller blinds from them but wasn't sure of shipping costs so emailed them. Very prompt reply so went ahead with the order which was quick and simple to do. Blinds arrived 5 days later as specified and am very pleased with the quality and look of them.
