They used to be one of the better…
They USED TO BE one of the better health food shops, sadly these days they are arrogant, their customer service is terrible and their herbal knowledge is very limited. I have often come in asking for something they havent heard of and instead of admitting they have no knowledge about the item, they will argue and try to convince you to buy other products. If you KNOW what you need and they have it, they're ok, though highly overpriced; But personally I will consequently bike 15 minutes each way to go to a different shop, even if natur poteket is in my neighbourhood.

This site is the shop at Christianshavn, Still I get some bad comments about the shop in City still using Natur Poteket as name.

Great expertise and warm atmosphere
I live close by Naturpoteket and has used it for many years. I always enjoy entering the shop, finding great expertise and products, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

I am truly grateful for all the help I have received in my neighborhood health store NaturPoteket over the years. These people have some serious expertise and they are always friendly and kind and willing to help. I have autoimmune disease and without this shop and their knowledge about herbalism and homeopathy, I would be depending on the medical doctors' medicines. There is so much more help to be gotten than I had dreamed of and this is an excellent place to get it.

Always check your receipt!
They have a great selection of goods, and a perfect location. Though I have experienced small cheats here and there. For example when you're paying by card, and the final amount could be round up, they'll bill you the round-up and on your receipt you'll read you payed by cash instead of card (and paying the exact amount). When the final amount could be round down, they have no problem making you pay the exact amount, when you're paying by card.
The other thing is, where I've experienced cheats are their self-branded packaging, especially the essential oils. They sell 12,5 ml essential oils, but when you turn the glass upside down, you see 10 ml embossed on the glass.
Not cool to cheat your costumers, Natur Poteket!

Dear Noa.
All card terminals automatically round up from .75 or .95 øre to 1 kroner. If you lament the .05 or the .25 øre, then you must talk to your bank as we are unfortunately not able to change this bank practice.
Also, we do not sell 12,5 ml essential oils because we don't have that size bottles. Even the bottles we pour from into the smaller bottles clearly state a choice of 10 ml or 30 ml, so we are at a loss to where you got this idea - certainly not from us.
Not cool to falsely accuse people of cheating, Noa.
