Beautiful site, terrible service

The internet connection at the ticket office kept dropping, causing the queue to become extremely long.

Admission cost €315 for three adults and three children. Despite the high entrance fee, neither pony rides nor bicycle rental were included. Bicycle rental cost €70 per person, and even though we arrived close to closing time and therefore couldn’t use the bikes for the full rental period, we were still charged the full price.

The staff seemed bored and showed very little interest in providing good service. There were no smiles and very little flexibility. During our visit, we joked among ourselves that we shouldn’t bother the staff with too many questions, even though we were paying customers.

Considering that Andorra’s economy relies heavily on tourism and service, the overall level of customer service was surprisingly poor.

This was one of the most disappointing…

This was one of the most disappointing tourist experiences I have ever had.

We paid €90 for two tickets, only to discover after we had paid that the alpine slide could be used only once. The sales assistant never informed us about this before taking our money. Had we known, we would never have bought the tickets.

We spent around 15 minutes discussing the issue with the manager, explaining that we had not been given this essential information before purchasing. Despite acknowledging our complaint, they simply said there was nothing they could do. No refund, no compensation, no attempt to solve the problem.

Selling expensive tickets without clearly explaining such an important restriction is misleading and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for before they hand over their money.

We left feeling cheated rather than welcomed. I cannot recommend Naturland to anyone. There are far better places to spend your money where honesty and customer service actually matter.

If you enjoy queing this is the place…

If you enjoy queing this is the place for you. Didn't explain when we arrived the time on the ticket for tobotronic so we went to que told we would need to wait 2 hours 30 minutes to que for it. Then took another hour queing after turning up our allocated time to get on the ride.

The Airtrek and zip line is another joke at one point there was no one on it as everyone was queuing for the zipline and no one else was allowed on the airtrek.

The more expensive aventura ticket was fully booked when we got there so wasnt allowed to do the forest line.

SUGGEST IF YOU WANT TO DO IT BOOK ONLINE VERY EARLY MORNING TICKET.

Great nature. But...

Great nature. But...
You have fantastic scenery. 5/5 for that. But the level of information is exceptionally low! We arrived as a happy family of four english speaking people and was given ZERO info about the facilities. Although we asked and asked, no-one actively informed us about i.e. the park above that we had paid extra for. 1/5, as there WERE some picture signs in the park. We literally had to guess about everything. The ticket system was a piece of paper that had to be shown every single time, and wore out, because my twin boys had to show it EVERY TIME they did an activity. A stamp or a small wrist band would have worked: 1/5. The people working there were clearly trained to scan the code EVERY time even if there only were three children repeating the activity. And --Maybe the workers should rotate? For the Trobotronc, where my boys had two great trips, the 2nd. time I made a joke about the age of my son, saying he was only 13 hoping I could go with him. I quickly corrected this, but was shocked to hear that he now wasn't allowed to go. My wife and his twin brother turned up and informed the worker that he was 15. The manager was called (!) and she called me a lier - (I was, I was, -and the situation had gotten totally out of hand for Natureland) We had to produce an ID. We didn't have passports and only after about 15 minutes did we find a document showing date of birth. So tourists: REMEMBER an ID as Naturland's workers might not understand jokes. (I should not have made that joke, but the behavior of the worker was of 0/5)... The worker was either too young, troubled or trained to follow a protocol. Tickets bought online could be verified via ID maybe?

Overall the experience was scenic and shocking. 2/5 stars. Please react to this. I think you can do better. I think you should do better.
Best wishes, John
