Items sold by Naturitas were not compliant to new zealand Biosecurity act 1993.
Items were intercepted by NZ customs and sent back to Naturitas.
Naturitas neither acknowledged the mistake or offered immediate compensation.

Its credible to think that Naturitas knows of such issues but is unwilling to amend their policies for what i can assume to be the following reasons:
1. They dont have the skill or care to update their policy statement or website to ensure certain products that may not meet their laws cannot be shipped to said country
2. They are incompetent, and does not have the rigour to ensure compliance of items sold on their website
3. They’re using funds from such sales as a means of acquiring short term liquidity to embolden their finances

Naturitas claimed fast delivery… turns out to be a load of BS. Also never found anything that said they were a foreign based company and that your order was coming from overseas. Received an email confirming order and that it will be a month or so to get here. NEVER PURCHASE FROM NATURITAS you will be disappointed!

I received an already opened product with half the content missing and now I am supposed to send it back without receiving my money back because, of course, the product has already been opened! Just not by me.
Will never order here again.

1st time I ordered from them it was good. The second time..well ..it’s been a month and I have no order. No explanation for the delay. No refund. I won’t let this happen a third time. It’s a shame..I loved the product range..but the customer service, I don’t love.
It’s been a day or two since I last wrote. Naturitas have now explained the transportation issues they are having and have given me some good news about my order. I am hopeful it arrives as I’ve got some great products from Naturitas. Shame about the customs side of things.

do not buy! never! worst experience! I didn't receive my order and they don't want to refund money! they ask to call customs and unblock the package. US customs have no idea about unblocking packages.

I love Naturitas, it has everything I need and with good prices.

Worst service ever!!! Such a shame,they have really nice products and price, but second time I struggle with their delivery service, and it was delayed more than 10 days, they refuse to return money untill they investigate and find where is package- shouldn't be this way: or change delivery service or return money if customer and keep investigating as its not my fault and in the same time I have no money and no product. And their customer support is just sucks: keep repeating same robotic words and no action. You ll loose a lot of clients . I think, I'm not the first and not last who ll never order with you again!!!

Horrible, they delivered just one yogurt out of my 21 ordered products!! Its been 3 days and no message, no email, no apologize.
I ordered things i need for my baby, it is very pity, such a horrible servis!!!

Terrible experience with them
Bought 10 packs of whipped cream. Arrived in a condition it cannot be used .it had a cheese curd texture due to poor storage i believe.
Get in touch with them but with no success of getting any answer whatsoever yet .

I waited 3 weeks, then i called five times, my order was lost, they asked me if i want to cancel and get my money back. Still waiting, every call ends the same way: lost order, need to find the number, assuring that my money will be back transferred, nothing happens.

The product looks different from the one on the order screen, when I asked them to resolve they just told me to ship it back - I didn't know it comes from Spain! Nothing is written on their website regarding overseas delivery. They try hard to make it look like they are based in NZ until you have placed your order and then it shows a massively long delivery time. Would not recommend.

Do not order food supplements from Naturitas - the transport company they use do not make any efforts to deliver the goods (no call and no bell ring - and I work from home 100%) and when that happens, Naturitas requests the goods to be returned to save the cost of a 2nd delivery try. For their prices, this is unbelievable.
