Received newsletter without a link to unsubscribe, although this is required by law. Answered their newsletter and asked to unsubscribe me as there was no link. But they answered me that I had to go to my account and unsubscribe there.
I have ordered an item several times and each time there has been a delivery issue followed by absolutely terrible service from the Naturitas team. They don't package it properly, so it leaks along the way, and the delivery companies don't take care of it. Save your time and effort by ordering the product from a company that knows what it is doing.
SCAM! BE AWARE!
As other users have mentioned their trick is to send incomplete orders and picket the rest of the money thinking the customer will eventually give up.
Ordered more than a month ago 36 bottles, received 18.
Since then, no reply to my emails for 2 weeks and then after I informed I will be pursuing legal procedures the reply came "we are sorry, take a 5 euro code for your next purchase and we will find what's happening with your order in 48 hours"
Another 2 weeks zero reply.
Have already contacted my lawyer to file fraud charges against them.
This company should not be allowed to operate and defraud who knows how many people.

They sent 1/6 of my package and the delivery company (Mondial Relay) informed me that the package has been lost. I am waiting for my refund but they will not answer my calls nor mails.
Terrible service. They forget to send half of your package and then when you notify them they send you a fake link for the supposed missing goods on the way. A week later you let them know that the package from the fake link hasn't moved and then they don't even ask if you want a refund they just give it to you because they have realized they sent a fake link for a parcel. If you want to order those things again you have to make 60 euros again for free shipping. NEVER again. Disgusting company

Ordered over €113 worth of stuff over a week ago with expected delivery between 09-11 July. Still no show and no warning from the company. No reply to the email query and customer service is closed for a week. Should have gone with iHerb((
Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the delivery and the product itself.
Until now, I placed three orders.
They all arrived in a good condition, but in the second order, they forgot to put in the package an item (and I ordered seven pieces of that item). I contacted the customer service regarding this issue; at first, I had to fill a weird contact form on their web-site, and then they got back to me by e-mail. After answering some questions regarding the missing items and sending some photos, they refunded me the money. I find it very weird that in the e-mail, at a certain moment, they told me to not contact them anymore and this happened many times.
Also, there is a problem with their web-site concerning payments. Each time when I was at the step where I needed to pay by card, it didn't work. I tried it dozens of times and I also talked to them about this issue; they gave me some advices and I followed them, but it still didn't work. So all my orders were placed from the smartphone app, because it was the only way that worked to make the payment by card.
