Im trying to cancel my monthly subscription but the website is down and password wont work. I tried emailing and they dont respond or if they do its not what I asked. And they took the $ in December and it took a month to give my money back and then they tried to take it again today. I am so angry because no one will cancel and thry will keep taking money

If I could rate these scammers a zero, I would!!! I have never dealt with people who are just as dumb as these folks. I saw a rather large amount deducted from my bank and found it was these scammers. When TRYING to figure out and get a refund, I had to deal with an idiot named Ashlyn who was no help. In one email exchange she said she cancelled my subscription but I could not get a refund as my order was confirmed. After several exchanges, she said I will cancel your subscription if you like…I thought she already did. I’m sure you can see where this is going. I gave up and will just deal with the bank.

This site is a scam they take people's pictures off the internet who did not use their products and use them as success stories don't even use their real names.

Requested a refund for tablets that did not do what they said it would but after multiple emails to request this i am constantly ignored. Despite offering a 90 day risk free trial no questions asked this it seems is pointless and they do not practice what they preach.

I purchased the tablets on 17/05/25, these were delivered on 03/06/25 and have been trying to get a refund since.

Never received my full order the 2nd time ordering, buy 2 get 1 free. First 2 orders purchased were different in appearance/product from the 3rd order. First and 2nd order seemed to work but did not have Zempic on tab...Saved the bag. 3rd order more powdery no effect. Give people their money back if it's not working by 30/90 days as you stated. No responses to any emails. AI it seemed was used cause the script was repetitive, annoying and frustrating. 1 star but they deserve 0 stars! Not good business. Oh and 3rd bag was clumping when mixed. Seeking lawyer on contingency. I have saved everything!

I am trying to get a refund as i have received my order after 3 months... no response.

If I could give a negative I would! This is a scam and stay away! I ordered never got my order and they are ignoring my emails with no response!!!

I have been trying to cancel my order for 3 days and nobody is getting back to me. This site is a joke and I suggest never to order from them!
Update: They have responded and said they can not refund as the order has gone thru, but I can return and ask for a refund. This order hasn't even shipped out yet.

Was told there was a 90 day moneyback guarantee, inquired and never heard back after seeing ZERO RESULTS.

I would give them 0 if I could. I had no idea the product came from china I asked to cancel they couldn’t I have asked countless times for return instructions and have received no response. When I call the customer service number it goes to voicemail. This is criminal that they won’t respond.

After ordering i didn't get any messages for tracking, when I emailed them they sent me tracking # that isn't usps when I asked who the carrier is the never answered. When you call the # on the contact list no one answers.
