We can’t get through having tried…

We can’t get through having tried multiple times by phone and email. Needing their delivery this week but no response whatsoever. Terrible.

UPDATE
Someone finally got in touch via email. The product I had ordered was out of stock but no one had informed me of this. I am now trying to get a delivery date confirmed but again no response for the last two days and the voice message on the phone is still claiming “high call volumes”. The delay is causing the completion of my kitchen renovation to be delayed which is extremely frustrating.

No sign of order and unable to get through to anyone

Missed stated delivery date and then another date given to us by email. Unable to get through on the phone and email responses taking days. Have emailed to cancel my order and placed one with another company.
Have used Naturewall previously and there delivery was slow then, but nowhere near this bad.
Panels are holding up taking delivery of a sofa so needed urgently.

Unreliable

Placed an order on 31st Jan and received an email on the 3rd feb to say they had our order and we would be updated on the status of this order. Still waiting for it to be delivered and no further information has been sent regarding our order. There is no links on this email to check the status of the order so we are just stuck waiting around for it. Absolutely shocking as it’s the only thing left to do in order to complete our son’s room.

DO NOT BUY FROM NATUREWALL!

We have ordered from Naturewall, however delivery took a long time and they would take 2 days respond to our enquires about shipping. Once we actually received our panels we discovered on the day when we were fitting them on our walls, that one of the packs were the wrong colour. As soon as we noticed we repacked it and sent a report to their customer service page, however a week went by and they didn't respond we sent another one and they still haven't responded. Honestly a nightmare to get a response from them. DO NOT buy from them ever.

Good quality but delay with poor communication

After ordering panels 18th Jan no delivery or communication after promised delivery date passed, can't speak to anyone on the phone, poor communication. Review update 12th Feb, OK so now I find out a couple days ago after getting no response after my complaint, that it is getting delivered, if you improved your communications, replied and customers could actually get through to someone to speak to this could avoid problems

Unreliable and unresponsive company.

I placed an order for some samples, looking to buy cladding for my home renovation. I never received the samples i paid for. I sent them two emais, to which I never received a reply.
I made a phone call, they told me they would look into it and give me an call me back....they never called back.
I don't think this company knows how to run a business

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, don’t bother wasting your time ordering from this company!!
Placed an order on 3rd January, after 2 weeks no communication, order was not for filled despite saying it would be delivered within 10 days. Poor communication from customer services when I contacted them and still no refund as promised. Poor all round!!

18 days from order - still no item still no refund

18 days since order for an in stock item. Still no refund still no product. Awful company that obviously don’t plan on being a reputable company or lasting as a business for the foreseeable. Thankfully tomorrow I can open a bank dispute with the company and hopefully look at getting my money back.

Unreliable Delivery and Lack of Customer Care. Order elsewhere

I placed an order over two weeks ago based on the delivery timeframe shown on the website and at checkout. That delivery date has now passed, and I am still waiting for the product.

After chasing for an update last week due to no communication, the order status suddenly changed to “dispatched.” However, even today — the stated delivery date — nothing has arrived.

This delay has directly impacted a home renovation project that was scheduled around the promised delivery timeline. Communication has been extremely poor throughout. Payment was taken immediately, but after that I was left to chase for basic information.

Based on my experience, and similar reviews from others, this company shows a clear disregard for its customers. I would not order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone relying on accurate delivery times.

Well dealt with complaint and resolution

After ordering a few samples from a few websites, we found what we thought was the right colour from Naturewall. We ordered the panels, realising we were one short ordered another to have enough. After opening the boxes, the boards were completely different colour. I was worried that this would be a pain to sort as some other reviews had suggested. Fortunately, they have acknowledged the error and worked with us to put things right. We have now recieved the correct panels, which are high quality and well finished panels. It might not have been smooth but they organised collection and delivery in a good timeframe and we can finish our project now. Thank you.

Very slow in dispatching my order

Very slow in dispatching my order, very slow in giving refund!!! Ordered wall panels for our bathroom renovations. There was no sign of wall panels after almost 2 weeks of waiting. Builders kept asking when they are coming as they couldn’t continue with their work. I kept emailing and calling and they left me with no choice but cancel the order. I was told it takes up to 10 working days to get my money back. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my refund. It’s again calling and emailing with no results. Beautiful website but very poor service! Wouldn’t recommend.

Avoid, cannot fulfil orders

After waiting nearly 3 months for a delivery, a number of unanswered emails I cancelled my order. On acceptance of my cancellation I was told my delivery had been planned 3 weeks previously but trouble with oil lines (whatever that is) had disrupted production. They apologised for not communicating this to me. Obviously this company which seems to advertise like there's no tomorrow cannot commit to orders. I have worked in a similar manufacturing industry and my opinion of this company is they're completely out of their depth. Advise anyone considering placing an order with them . . . DON'T!

Delivery Disaster

Albeit the quality of the items were good (Sivara Panels), the actual disaster that awaited for delivery was something to behold. Order at your own risk - the website may give you a a rough date which in my case was 2 weeks but I had to wait in excess of 2 months. Updates were non-existent and you will have to do all the chasing. I was assured on 3 separate occasions that my delivery would happen and they did not. Final delivery was also no better as I ordered several panels and yet the dispatch team couldn't count and one was left off which again I had to chase for updates.

Purchase at your own peril. Don't arrange fitting until you get EVERYTHING.

Would I use them again? No - its a shame really as the actual items were nice but it wasn't worth the stress.

Unreachable Customer Service, Avoid

ORDER 203209

Samples arrived promptly however issues started once an order was placed. Estimated delivery date was set between Mon 19 Jan - Wed 21 Jan but NatureWall was nowhere to be seen. We've tried calling to no avail - no answer at all no matter how long you stay on the line. There has been no reason given for the delay.

I have sent an email but I am still waiting on a response. I should have read the other reviews before ordering. If I do not hear back and get my items soon I will have to do a chargeback on my credit card.
