The owner is a horrible penny-pincher. The items he sells are all overpriced and of the lowest quality on the market. The Net liquids he sells are all disgusting. I have tried them all. Literally, all of them taste horrible. Please stay away from this vendor.

2026 My first experience with Naturevape and it was an excellent one. I saw a review by Vapeo sur on the Centenary mods The Minister rta/mech. After making enquiries Naturevape came up as an official distributor in the UK. I sent an email about stock and was sent a reply by a gentleman called Mark within 24hrs. Once stock arrived I was sent an update email to tell me the items were now available. I ordered before 10am and received my Rta,Mech and Syrian Latakia the next day at 1305. Very impressive fast delivery. Great customer communication. I highly recommend Mark and Naturevape.

Simply no response from them after asking questions several times over. Waited long enough now. And from what I saw here on Trustpilot: NatureVape's Customer Service is not to be relied on in the first place. Oh well. There are other vendors.

There are many clone rta/rda manufacturers in China and SXK and YFTK are the best of them. The ones selling by Naturevape are the worst clones ever. For example if the SXK clone is £25, these ones are £2-£3 if you buy bulk like Naturevape and majority of them are faulty (But they’re selling over £30. In case you want to return them to Naturevape, then they start blaming you that this is your fault. Dear vape enthusiasts, NEVER BUY from NATUREVAPE

Not sure how this guy gets so much praise. I returned a faulty rta for a refund and the vendor acted like a spoilt child sending me snide remarks, in other words "how dare you return a faulty item". He also banned me from purchasing anything else from his store.You should be ashamed of yourself Mr Mark.Think twice before using this vendor dont believe the hype.

Yet another successful order received thanks to a couple of YouTube reviews from net vaper and naturevape, absolutely loving the la tabaccheria brilliant stuff.

Excellent company. Run by someone who knows their stuff. They have a great selection of products. I found the perfect atomiser for me.

Prices are very reasonable and I'm more than happy with the quality for the price.

Postage is very swift. They processed my order super quickly.

And they have great customer service. They responded to an email I sent them super fast and helped me out straight away.

I have used Naturevape several times and never had any issues, Mark was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Delivery is spot on, next day. You can't complain at that.

Naturevape is a great company to deal with and the 24 hour tracked shipping option always turns up the next day even through the pandemic. Great selection of products to chose from especially a good range of mtl rtas which not many other companies stock. I've not ever had any issues ordering from Naturevape or needed to speak to them about anything but I do know from many other people experiences that the customer service is excellent and Mark who owns Naturevape will always be available to speak to customers to answer any questions they have. Overall don't worry about ordering from here they are 100% legit and reliable.

I asked Mark via the site’s email address for help, trying to migrate from a supremely flavoursome MTL tank to an rta. Mark responded to my cri de coeur with two fulsome emails really fast, with really helpful responses and told me to get back to him if I needed further help. This site and Mark’s attitude are like bright sunshine, the prices are great, the service second to none. I couldn’t praise them or Mark highly enough and I highly recommend this vape site for all vaping needs.

I have ordered multiple times from Mark at Naturevape with no problems whatsoever. All my consumables come from there,particularly the wonderful Drakes NET range. Mark rang me personally 'tother day when there was a slight hiccup with my eliquid order to sort it out.

Very quick delivery, the True Mtl rta I ordered from them is well priced and very well made, I own a lot of mtl rta and I think this one is probably one of my favourite, love the included bubble glass.. Overalll extremely pleased, will def use them again!
