Excellent products with prompt delivery and great customer service

I was looking for a good macu supplement and after a long search I came across Natures Zest which I am very happy with. My order was dealt with extremely quickly and it arrived a day later. I totally recommend this company for good quality supplements

Vitamin D

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the complete lack of customer service from Natures Zest.

I bought a bundle of 3 vitamin D bottles, each containing 365 tablets (a full year’s supply per bottle). All three bottles have the exact same expiry date: January 2027. Since the recommended dose is one tablet per day, it is impossible to use this quantity before expiry. This effectively makes a large portion of what I paid for unusable at full potency.

Selling a multi-year supply with barely enough shelf life to use even one bottle properly is highly misleading and shows a lack of consideration for customers. This should be made absolutely clear at the point of sale, especially when products are sold in bulk.

To make matters worse, I have contacted Natures Zest multiple times regarding this issue and have received no response whatsoever. Ignoring customers after purchase only adds to the frustration and reflects very poorly on the company.

I would strongly advise others to avoid buying bulk bundles from this brand unless expiry dates are clearly confirmed in advance. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again.

Diagnosed with osteoarthritis of lumbar spine. Although doing regular fitness classes at 68, I was starting to get lower back pain constantly every day. Therefore I decided to try an appropriate supplement containing ingredients I had researched for this problem. After taking for a few months, twice a day I can honestly say that my lower back pain has become far less frequent and the stiffness has subsided. Thus making daily life much more enjoyable again.

Great price, easy ordering and quick delivery. These tablets have really helped with joint pain and mobility.

fast delivery; it contains all the ingredients which were proven to help AMD - effects are long term and mainly preventative, therefore impossible to judge if it works or not.

I've only just realised after 4 days that they were stuffed under a bush in the front garden.

There is no independent testing to show that the tablets actually contains the probiotics, also double ordered by mistake so I messaged the company and I had no response

We absolutely love Nature's Zest!
We love that it's a UK based business and the customer service is really friendly and quick. The supplements actually work unlike a lot of things we have tried in the past, and I'm actually seeing real results. So much so that when they brought out their pet range we swapped all our usual pet products to Nature's Pet too. I can particularly recommend the digestive paste from the pet range, we live near a wood and this can lead to funny tummies for our dogs, so we always keep a supply in the house, and the probiotic formula sorts them out as soon as the problem starts (or as soon as we know they've sniffed or eaten something rough hehe!)
As a family we love supporting UK based businesses, and businesses that have real heart, and that's all we have ever found with Nature's Zest/ Pet. An absolutely wonderful brand.

I ordered vitamins on22/04 2025 at a cost of £51.90 the money was taken out of my account on the same day I did not receive the vitamins
I sent 2emails to the company and still havnt received a reply from them or the vitamins yesterday I received a message saying are you still with us we’ve been away for awhile trying to get me to irder more vitamins as if I would because they’ve still not give me my money back I’m not interested about the vitamins there are plenty of other suppliers out there

Haven’t tried tablets yet, this a review of their site. I will update when I receive the product.
the website saved my details without my permission and set up a subscription also without my permission. I hate that! Why is everything a bloody subscription now! If I want something I will order it!
I did select one time purchase and double checked that I did so for exactly that reason.

I have emailed asking to get my details removed and the subscription cancelled and I hope to hear about it soon!

Product was delivered on time as usual and luckily still usable, as it was in a sealed bottle. Unfortunately, your Courier left the jiffy bag on the front doorstep in the rain, even though we left instructions to leave in garage. They did not even knock on the door
