The sole of my wonderful and…
The sole of my wonderful and comfortable Nature Footwear shoes broke after only 1 1/2 years of wear (not every day).
The customer service can not give any advice how to repair the shoes. The only solution is to refer to the sales store and report the complaint there - due to legal regulations in DK
The crux is: I purchased the shoes while on vacation in Denmark, the receipt was gone.
My expectation was to either be told how to repair the shoes or a goodwill arrangement.
