These people define “customer service”. We have bought several hummingbird feeders from them and one began leaking so we contacted them. We were told they would send a gasket which likely was missing. Unfortunately, we had already thrown out the old leaking feeder and when we told that to Camille, she offered to send us a whole new feeder. We will be forever grateful for her service. They have to be one of the very best of the Amazon 3rd party sellers. Do not hesitate to buy from this company directly or via Amazon.

Customer service was wonderful and the warranty is unbelievable. I had a hummingbird feeder from them which I love as do the birds. I started leaking after a couple of years, and they shipped me a new one at no cost!

I sent in a video for their contest and was told on March 18 I won a free birdfeeder. Never received it. Emailed and was told I would receive it. Still didn't get it. Emailed multiple times after and never heard back. It's now August. Either they didn't send it or they sent and it got lost in the mail and they didn't want to take responsibility. But at least have the courtesy to respond.

Great bird feeders with incredible customer service. I made a mistake with my order and they fixed it in no time and at no extra cost to me.
That's what I call service.
