Cute hippy Boheme stuff but quality of sheets are poor. I bought several things but sheets shrunk in the wash and pillow cases were shorter than normal size. As a result they look crappy on the bed because the pillows stick out. I also bought a pillow that was the size of a bolster and it wasn't stuffed nearly enough. I think the company cuts corners. I also bought a back seat cover for my car and in a few short months, it already looks worn. I most likely won't be purchasing from them again.

I have loved everything I have ordered from them. They have fast shipping any my returns were easy. Now they do only offer store credit for returns but I didn’t mind as I love treating myself to their clothes. They do run large so I have generally ordered a size down but have been happy everytime! I order directly from their website and not from Facebook ads or instagram ads as there are way too many people scamming stores sites I’ve noticed 🙏🏼

Ordered and realized scam. Stopping payment, tried to cancel order, but denied. Do not order through this company!!

Thee worst..I placed and order and The Company Charged 3 times ..My Bank reversed it But if I wasn't checking my Account it would went through..

Horrible.Check your Bank for days if you place an order..ALSO I ordered sheets and washed and put on bed went to tuck in and it Ripped like Tissue paper.There THIN And are only Good One Time.Other wise Total waste of money..They Have Everything manufactured in China ship it To Gainesville Florida so they can say there

SCAM. SCAM SCAM. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE COURIER PROBLEMS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. WTF.

I placed an odrer on 12/8/24. Standard shipping is 5-7 days.
Conformation email says it is being processed on 12/9/24.
Tracking number said my package was in my city on Jan. 2 , 2025.
Delivery email says my package was delivered to ME at 2:11 am (ET) on 1/11/25. It is NOT here!
I have even walked the length of my short neighborhood thinking perhaps, it was misdelivered, but sadly my pack is nowhere to be found.
I have eagerly waited for 32 days, for nothing....expecting the little gifts for my daughter-in-law, promising her they are worth the wait.
It was not.....so disappointing to let down a sweet, 'hippie chic' type of young girl that would have looked lovely in the clothing and cutesy items I selected for her. I am contacting my credit card company for my $40 as we speak! The package was supposedly around the corner for weeks & then delivery at 2:11 in the am? Where is it! Delivery company wipes their hands clean & says to contact Natural Life. I sent an email to their contact info on my order confirmation: Billionti...no word yet.
From the actual confirmation email to Natural Life email says my order does not exist now, yet I received updates on the package for 30 days- makes no sense. Websites also says to contact USPS, UPS or FedEx for my package but none of them have any record of it. (My husband works for USPS-says the reference # provided to me is not a USPS #) I was deceived...it IS a SCAM!
They are billionaires off the backs of scamming us, I'm sure.
I would not take the chance if I were you....I wish I had taken the time to read reviews PRIOR to dealing with this sham of a company!

BEWARE OF THE STICK MATCHES the stick broke and I ended up burn mark (on the carpet) iwhen I struck the flint striker on the side of the box
NO GOOD RESPONSE from customer service when I contacted them and asked that they reimburse me for cost of fixing the burn in the carpet of the rental property I live in.

I ordered so many items to not receive them. I emailed the company and no response. Don't waste your time or money on a company that says they are based out of Florida but your items are being g shipped from China. This place is a scam. I will get my money back though!

The sheets are cute but so thin you can see through. Won't buy from them again, doubt I'll get a year out of these sheets which is insane given the price.

I love the cute designs and feel of their clothes and sheets. To be fair, I only order sale items as I think they’re a bit pricey and I’m a frugal girl. As for quality, I’m very happy. I get a lot of compliments on everything I buy or gift. The one thing I do is read reviews and so far I’ve never had to return a thing. I definitely recommend this company for online shopping!

Bought a hat and it’s so small there is no way it will stay on my head. Not returnable as it was final sale but I feel scammed! Hats should never be this small!!

I wanted to get a dear freind something special for her birthday and had seen some ads online for Natural life and really liked the style and design of clothing. I felt like it was something my freind would really love. I expected good quality and was sadly disappointed. For the price I paid this was very cheap looking. I could have purchased better quality at walmart or Target. Im not even sure if I will gift this to my freind. Her birthday is tomorrow and I just got my package today. Disappointed this is why I strongly prefer store front over oline shopping. Never again.

I hadn’t ordered anything yet. I had been saving to obtain an item. I went to order it and they are having a sale, however they increased the price by $10. So there’s a sale but prices were increased. They said it’s normal to increase prices based on Sales and stock. So sad. They care more about money than they do character.

This is the absolute WORST company to deal with ever and I will not only tell others, but I will never buy from them again! Not only did they refuse to apply the discount that I was promised with my 1st order, they did not deliver the items that I ordered. There is NO WAY to reach them by phone and when I attempted to do so on a wholesale line, they accused me of "yelling" and hung up the phone.
I will get my money back via my credit card company, because not only did they not deliver my purchase, they stole my credit card # and sold it to someone who attempted to charge over $5K worth of electronics with it!

The shipping was very slow. The shirt was cheaply made. I'm 140lbs. 5'7" and an XL was tight on me. Won't order from them again ever

I am beyond impressed with this company. I love their clothing soft and comfortable. I was missing in my recent order. A pair of slippers contacted them and with an hour they are sending me the missing product. I have never had anyone ever reply that quickly ever.. My orders come in quickly. And very good quality. I just love their clothing. I really love their clothing. I ordered a few fun little Christmas gifts as well. Fun stuff, signs and bead making kids for granddaughter, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. 💝

I ordered an item from this company, a birthday present for my mom. A few days later my ordered was canceled. Why do companies sell items that aren't available? It doesn't seem too hard to only sell items that they have in stock!

I have bought several skirts and dresses from Natural Life. I have been pleased with the quality and unique patterns of the fabrics. The size charts are good guides for a proper fit. Delivery is very prompt.They wash well & usually are wrinkle free from drying on low heat.
My only complaint is the number of times I get stopped for compliments! What a great problem.

I order three items... I'm 5'8" 190#. Happy with the fit and the length (which is important to me). Took about 10 days/2 weeks to delivery, but I expected that.

Waited to order anything else...to see if I likes it. Answer: I'll be ordering from them again.
