Came right on time! Super comfortable clothes and lightweight/flowy. Will be my new most used brand!!

Bought a king throw/blanket for my bed. I am please with the design and its nice and oversized.
What im not happy with is that the back is pure white, they did not match a solid coler to the back and loose super cheap when u pull a corner down. Its also not very soft . Noone wants to sleep under a scratchy blanket.

If I had paid $50 id know what I was getting, but $150 and its definitely not up to expectations.

Shipping is taking forever, and my order keeps getting delayed. I will never order from them again!

I ordered the Sedona jumpsuit. It's completely sheer and transparent. For the price and material I do not recommend.

For over two years, I've bought all of my clothes from Natural Life, never disappointed. Then everything changed. Clothes are incredibly thin, sizing is inconsistent even between the same two items in different colors. When I reported my concerns to customer svc, I received an email asking me to report my concerns to a different department with a link. Amazing and so disappointed. I loved this store, but won't shop there again 😢

I have been a long time customer but no more. I purchased several pieces from them since February and received a dress a birthday gift in April. Two items have already gotten holes and are tearing the seams due to the poor quality. I was disappointed in natural life’s response when I reached out. First, they were very slow to reply and I had to reach out twice as they did not respond to my first message. Second, they never apologized or took accountability for their item’s quality or issues. They instead said I should reached out within 30 days. They offered a store credit or 15%. Honestly, I do not want to buy anything from them. If I was them I would have been appalled that my items were breaking after mere months. The quality has gone down hill and natural life does not care.

I ordered a dress and some other items recently and loved all the pieces. After washing the dress twice, there are holes in the fabric. The dress was not washed with other clothing that would have damaged it. I am baffled and disappointed because I really liked the dress.

I purchased 2 dresses in my order. They’re both lovely, comfortable summer dresses. One of them, however, has a wildly uneven hem with a difference of 2 inches between one side and the other. I reached out to customer service for help and received a reply that it was being escalated to customer service. I have not received any other response. I wrote a review at their request and shared the same info which yielded a reply that I should email support so they could fix the issue. Honestly, finding the the right avenue to resolve an issue should not be this hard. Hopefully I’ll hear from them but I don’t believe I will give them any more of my money.

I've seen many responses to complaints about this company claiming that negative reviews are often the result of scammers impersonating the business. However, that doesn't explain my experience.

I purchased a doormat directly through Natural Life's website, not through social media or a third-party seller. The first order was lost in transit. When I contacted customer service, they offered to send a replacement at no additional cost. Unfortunately, that shipment was also lost.

While I ultimately received a refund, the customer service team seemed completely unsurprised, nonchalant, and unapologetic. That reaction left me with the impression that this type of problem is not uncommon. Will not order from Natural Life again.

I have several clothing items I ordered years back and they were decent, not great quality. I just ordered some pants and the fabric was rough and so sheer and thin, I can't wear them in public. Now, I'm having to go through the very difficult process of setting up a return. If they try to charge me shipping, I will go through my credit card company to have that charge reversed, as the expectation is that the item ordered is usable. I will NEVER order from them again!!!

I have ordered several times from them and have never had a problem with customer service or the clothing. There was a scam company that tricked me by adding an s to the name, naturallifes. I ordered from their “sale” because everything was quite a bargain but nothing ever arrived. Shortly afterwards I got an email from Natural Life warning about the look alike scam. I’ve carefully ordered since
then and have been very pleased. I wonder if some of these negative reviews are based on the copycat website. Anyway, I love this company and their products, just be careful of fakes.

I purchased a small very expensive candle that had a “secret message” inside once you burn the candle. It was with some other funny items. I gave it to a friend as a gift. The only thing marking the candle was a tiny piece of paper that stated it was scented “Jasmine and Honey”. My friend burned the candle. I was embarrassed to find out that the message said “I love you so much”. No where on the candle did it state what the message might be or what kind of message, like friendship or love, etc. Thankfully my friend thought it funny. Could have been worse had I given it to someone else. Just thought you should know.

I seldom purchase clothing from on line companies and I have to be very captivated with an item before actually purchasing. I had not ordered from Natural Life previously although I there were a few dresses I liked. I ordered the Magnolia Prairie Cream peasant blouse and when it arrived i really liked it, the style, the feel of fabric. I hung it up for a couple weeks to dewrinkle as it was very wrinkled when it came. The wrinkes were still there. In the photo it appeared to be a bit crinkly and that was fine. I was going to wear it and so I very lightly sprayed it with downy wrinkle remover and the fabric puckered strangely kind of seersuckery. I smoothed it a little, let it dry and wore it. I was home a couple hours later and it was wrinkled like a rag! Such a disappointment. It looked like a used thrift store item, not a 50$ top. I may try ironing it but I can only imagine what will happen when I wash it. I fear it will disintegrate. I am done with natural life.

Y'all scared me on here for no reason. The order shipped quick and arrived 3 days early and is BETTER than the pictures. Definitely order from the app and give them a try. Will be ordering again!

My items never showed up and the company ghosted me. At least I only spent $50. This is a garbage company run by scam artists. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

This company severely lacks good customer service. My order took exceeding long to ship which they said was due to their website being updated. My purchase was never delivered to my house. Proof of this was provided to the company. A replacement or store credit was not received. While I understand it's the carriers fault it was delivered to the wrong address the company failed to do anything about. I would not recommend ordering from this company as they clearly do not care about their repeat customers.

I just had the most amazing Customer Service experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and sent a message to the company via email. It was a Saturday so I did not expect to receive a response but I did receive a response immediately. I was able to get the order canceled so that I could re-order with the correct size. I could not believe how quickly they responded and fixed my issue.

I LOVE THE HIPPIE-ISH LOOK OF THIS WEBSITE..ORDERED A LOT OF THINGS FOR MY HOME INCLUDING DISH DRYING PADS..LIGHT SWITCH COVERS..MAGNETS..BUT THE CLOTHING WAS SADLY ANOTHER MATTER! I AM OVER 50 GAL I AM YOUNG LOOKING BUT THE CLOTHES ARE REALLY BETTER SUITED TO A TALL SKINNY 20 SOMETHING! THE DRESSES WERE AWFUL AND HAD NO SHAPE..THE SMOCK-TOPS WERE CUTE BUT I HAVE TO ALTER THEM..THEY LOOK LIKE MATERNITY TOPS ON ME! THE PRICES ARE VERY VERY HIGH! A COMFORTER OVER 70 DOLLARS..TOPS OVER 45 DOLLARS..THE SKIRTS ONLY WORK IF YOU'RE 25 AND VERY TALL! THE SKIRT I GOT AS A PRESENT WAS RETURNED! I LOOKED LIKE A PEASANT COMING INTO ELLIS ISLAND CIRCA 1900! THE HOME ITEMS ARE GREAT BUT WAIT FOR SALES. THE CLOTHING AT LEAST SOME OF IT BETTER SUITED TO A COLLEGE COED! I love their clothes, but the customer service is horrible! The customer service agents are so rude anytime I call. I called to ask for a simple return label because the one I got when I processed the return wasn't printable. She kept saying I need to use the QR code and they recommend I drop it off at the post office to an agent and if I wasn't able to print it before it probably won't print this time.....I just ASKED FOR A SHIPPING LABEL!!!!! It's fair to say, yes I will send you the label. We do recommend that you hand it off to a person at the post office. End of story. I don't understand why they have to be rude. I hate calling in.

So disappointed in the quality of the bedding, I have purchased sheets in very pretty prints for all the beds in my house. Every sheet has rips and tears in them, they’re very soft, but they’re extremely thin. They do not hold up to normal wear and tear. For the price you pay for them they should be much better quality than what they are. I love the prints and bright colors, but overall, I’m very unhappy.
On another note, I have ordered a few things that were great so not everything they have is poor quality just the sheets.
