Scam do not trust!…
I ordered two products from Natural Hemp Life. Once they arrived in Norway, I had to pay customs - even though their website says (untruthfully) that they have warehouses here.
Once I received the delivery, they only shipped one product instead of two. Furthermore, it had expired!
When I contacted them, they said if I return the product they will refund me. I the returned the product (spending more money), sent them proof, and I still don’t have a response or refund.
Totally distrustful.

We can’t seem to locate your order in our customer database, so if you’ve purchased from us, please feel free to reply here (or contact us by email) with your order number and we will help you immediately.
Regarding the oil: our CBD oil is highly refined and super filtered, which means it is completely normal that it looks clear and has very little taste (sometimes almost none at all). That is actually exactly how it should be with our product.

Couldn’t give less than 1 star otherwise I’ll given them Zero stars.
Wrong type of lid on the oil caused leakage during transport and even afterwards. NHL refused to compensate me for that if I didn’t change my opinion on Trustpilot to 5 stars before they handled this reclamation (!). They stop answering when things get too uncomfortable for them, first stopping e-mails and then Messenger. Ghosting and gaslighting 100%. In Sweden we have consumer laws against this behaviour, hope you’ll have it in your country as well if you’ve been unlucky to shop from them.

I received the little expensive bottle in a convelow, and when i opened it i could already see that the oil in it was everywhere, luckily i looked at it before using it ,the little glass ball on the end of the Glass cylinder that sucks the oil up was broken off, meaning that there are tiny glass shards in the oil that your supposed to drop in your MOUTH, then when i contacted them, i get the answer from Elin that i should just use it anyway?! And then she says they cant ship me a new one because i live in Norway? I live in Denmark, very very bad service.👎
