I have been here for 2 days waiting to be seen by the Doctor, so far everyone seem so kind and supportive. Gabriel has been 5star, helpful and supportive throughout my stay, showed me around and is always very considerate ensuring that I always have anything I need.

I used them for Hair Transplant and opted to go with an inclusive package where they offered me the exclusive suite within their own clinic. I was guided step by step by Mohammad Hariri who was very fair with the package he offered as well as the details and components of each package.
Consultation was very detailed with Jemra both pre and post treatment where she explained the maximum grafts that can be extracted as well as various after care procedures.
Technicians / Surgeons and Nurses during surgery were considerate and kept following up everyday at-least twice or more. Same was the case for cleaning staff.
This was one of the benefits of an exclusive suite that they offer within their own facility.
Mauz / Baran was already there to pick me and also arranged for my timely drop off. Very polite and humble guy i must say.
Very positive experience overall.

Very bad management and very low-quality in communication

It was the worse accommodation experience I had, there was no privacy there, the person who was in charge of management used to open my room door while I was inside, even though i told them please do not disturb because i need to rest freely after my tummy surgery, i couldnt put any clothers on top my corset thats why i wanted to have my own private space without any interuption from any strangers guys, secondly, my mum had to cancel our flights because she had something went wrong in her first surgery due to this, we had to delay the flights, we had to pay 700Aus for changing the flights, they didn't even want to compensate this matter and paying our cancellation fees. Lastly, Natural clinic are good on medical side as doctors and nurses but they are very disappointed when it comes to their suites accommodation, services around like translation and other things around, there were no follow ups after we had surgeries, as they didn't care after we paid

The staff was friendly and the communication was all in English and fine thank you!

I enjoyed my visit and the operation process went well. Aftercare was also nice.

Rhinoplasty and Breast augmentation.

A year ago I had my nose done in the clinic and was very happy with the way it turned out. After a few months I went to do breast enlargement surgery.
Everyone n everything has pros and cons and I'll say about my personal experience in both.
Pros:Transportation service, surgeons, quality of materials, communication with the agents. Scars tissue stitched amazingly and quickly healing up. Everything looks natural and perfect. Price is much more affordable than in the UK. Nice big room for the staying after operations. Cleanliness. Comfortable.
Cons: I didn't receive a calming pill before general anaesthesia, felt a bit anxious ( a few seconds),night staff in the hospital didn't speak English apart from one carer and nurses were ignoring my buzzers and switching them off, my brother was with me and he'd go and ask for help when I started feeling very weak (after the anesthesia started wearing off). The nurses would just walk away from him. One particular guy with ear ring and small height literally said to me "No English", while I was trying to explain to him, that I feel nauseous and sick and that I need to check my blood pressure and etc., They said that the buzzer is not working because there is no electricity,but lift was working and the rest of the building had electric on (my brother told me that when he was away for a cigarette). The food, breakfast particularly was disgusting and it was just a few pieces of cheese and bread, cucumber and tomato that were not fresh at all.

Would I recommend the clinic to a friend? Yes
Would I come back? Yes
BUT I hope things with the night staff and food will get better and everyone receive an additional training.

I had my second hair transplant here this February and the first one three years ago (frontal). The fact the I choose to do it here again says a lot about the clinic. I was very happy with everything the first time, top organization and service and very welcoming and professional staff. The results were very pleasing and in my case I knew that I would need a second operation for the back of the head. The second time I choose this clinic without thinking twice and I don’t regret it, the same welcoming staff and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend them to everyone

Didn't have procedure so was told get refund still waiting this was in October 22 , have text emailed loads but still nothing over 1000 euros

I had my hair transplant done here in January and it was a very warm environment. From my Doctors to my Nurses, Translators and also my Drivers, everyone acted with professionalism and genuine care. Coming to another country for surgery was a little scary at first, but as soon as I got there, I felt relieved and relaxed. The company needs to improve on communication, I spent more a lot money cause I wasn’t told somethings up front.

Room service is great. Baran is the best person I ever mate. Nurse and physician are amazing. Any time you call even after 12 am night they are there right away. I recommended other people as well.
