Love this company. Have been using them for a while now for repeat bulk orders of a grocery product I particularly like. Customer service is great; they keep you informed and delivery is always as advised. Had a slight blip on one occasion when there was so much packaging it was like an endurance event to get to the actual goodies! No suitable sized boxes at the time apparently but they were so apologetic and as they said, better than smashed bottles. They even noted for the future I struggle a bit with a lot of heavy packaging. Very impressed, a great company.

This was my first order with Natural Grocery, but I suspect it won't be my last. The items I ordered were well priced and arrived promptly. They were also very well packaged...and I mean well packaged. Someone could probably have drop-kicked the parcel and things would still be okay.

Great service. 3-4 day delivery which is fine once you plan for it. Fresh veggies and soya products well packaged to keep cool.

One quibble, ordered 7.5kg of sunflower seed flour (not an everyday loaf) in mid February. All the packs had the same best before date; March

I therefore had 2 to 6 weeks to use 7.5kg of a specialist flour. A ridiculous timeframe.

It looks like we got dumped with approaching unsellable stock. Legal, but immoral. So beware of you get any larger purchases.

Just made my first purchase. Bought online on Saturday evening, advised of despatch on the Tuesday and delivered to the door on Wednesday. Products were extremely well packaged against breakage and the large package was delivered quicker than expected.
